Mickey Rooney Gone at 93
Sad to tell you I just heard that Mickey Rooney has passed away.
He started acting at age 1 with his parents on the Vaudeville stage. He was famous for starring in over 200 films.
The Hardy Boys with Judy Garland was the series which made him a box office star. He was nominated for an Oscar for his acting in "The Bold and The Brave" in 1956.
He was married eight times, his first was Ava Gardner.
I remember him from my childhood, and he will be missed. He died yesterday.

My wife and I spent a Saturday night pausing his 'I'm Starving' show every 5 minutes cause we were laughing so damn hard. There were times when we thought we might pass out from laughing. I was so sad to hear he passed.
I know when he gets to the Pearly Gates, St. Peter's gonna point at him and say 'You go, now!' laughing and then say 'Just kidding. C'mon in. The buffet is fully stocked and to your right.'

USB 2.0 VGA adapter, looking for drivers
I just got a new pc and I did not notice that my vid card only has one port. I want to be able to plug both my vid cards. So I brought out my old vga adapter but I can,t find the drivers and just plugging in my Win 8 machine does nothing.
Would somebody know where I can get the drivers for it? or Any other suggestions would be welcome.

OD is for me deadware
I switched over to RocketDock with the stack addon and I think I'll never look back to OD unless Stardock finally wants to move their arses and release a better verison for W8.....right now is simply slow and buggy. My tabbed dock is big, it has shortcuts for almost everything in my system, OD delays windows start, sometimes the reserve edge doesn't work, sfter closing the task manager OD freezes for 10 seconds, I've had enough.

WindowBlinds makes Photoshop CS6 (with graphics driver) unusable
When I open a photoshop file, it appears blank when I'm using WindowBlinds. When I use the basic Windows theme, it's normal.
UPDATE: Works with graphics driver disabled (but keeping it disabled is not an option).
(I'd provide a picture, but it's literally just Photoshop open with nothing in it except the file open and a dark grey screen.)
I paid for Windowblinds, and then upgraded to Object Desktop a few days ago, and I can't use it? It's a upsetting that there...![]()

WindowBlinds Skin of the Week: Delta Quadrant
I’ve been working on some projects so I’ve been scarce on WinCustomize the past few days, but when I came back Delta Quadrant was the first new skin I saw, and wow! I’ve said it before that dark skin are hard to pull off, but fortunately the talent we have here at WC comes through. The design is just way cool, and offers are dark and light version to choose from. 2of3 did an excellent job with this and definitely deserves recognition as the WindowBlinds skin of the week.

Update available for Photoshop CS6 and CC. Oil Paint filter, Kuler and Minibridge to die.
There’s an update available to Ps CS6, CC and Bridge (at least it was for mine). There’s new support for Canon EOS 1200D, Casio EX-100, DJI Phantom, Fujifilm X-T1, Hasselblad H5D-50c and HV, Nikon D3300 and D4S, Olympus OM-D E-M10, Panasonic LUMIX DMC-ZS40, Phase One IQ250, Samsung NX30 and Sony's Alpha a5000 and Alpha a6000 (ILCE-6000).
The Oil Paint filter was based on a large code package from Pixel Bender which is outdated, and to be honest, I didn’t see much use for that fi...

Are You a Wine Aficionado?
I'm definitely not. I do like to drink wine, but I am not that knowledgable in types and pairings and whatever else people tend to do with their wine. The favorite type I like to drink is Sangria, but we also have some really great wine that comes from a Lakeridge Winery which is here local in Florida.

Icon Packager - change icon on one shortcut link only
Hello friendly people!
Maybe I am not looking in the right place, but is there a way to assign a specific icon to a single shortcut link I have created on my desktop? It's to a program and includes a buttload of command line variables. Half the time I use that desktop shortcut, half the time I run the program directly from the taskbar with no command line variables at all.
It's a REAL pain in the you-know-where to go through the Windows way of assigning a new ic...![]()
