Hello,

I'm trying to remove all the ugly blue "help" buttons from the top right corner of several of the windows throughout the OS located within windows programs mainly in the control panel.

I have identified the following files to contain them:

When I double click on a folder in a folder portal it opens that folder within the fence, and all the files will be displayed as large icons which is completely unusable in a small fence. When I double click a folder is should open that folder in windows explorer not within the fence, currently users have to use Ctrl-Double Click to do this. 

This is horrible functionality.

The folder portals in Fences 2 worked better than Fences 3.

on the desktop the icons are seperated: see below (I hope this picture insert works)



in the fence they overlap: see below



(a group of icons were selected to more easily see the icon width relationships.)

How do we fix this? Is it a configuration issue? Is it a registry modification? (tried that but didn't work) Or maybe it is just a bug!

I'm a longtime Objectdock user.  My current version is 2.10 and I see that I now have to pay a subscription to get the new version?  Considering how stagnant Objectdock has been over the years, what exactly am I getting for this new subscription cost?

Hello WindowBlinds Community,I have a problem. If I'd like to apply a theme, the most of the taskbar doesn't get themed. I've tried everything (like re-installing the theme or the program itself, relaunching winlogon.exe, restarting my computer, finding other solutions on Google, etc.), but nothing worked. What can I do to fix this problem?

I already tried to delete the cache, I already changed browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Opera), nothing was good ...

I can not explain how, but I managed to fix the error just by uninstalling all the browsers, cleaning the registry and installing again ...

So what are your feelings about latest iPhone?

 

Personally, i would indeed like to have it, it looks mighty fine. Would take it over iPhone 8 for sure, which now looks pretty obsolete. That price though - 1200 EUROs over here... i still use iPhone 5S, which i bought 3 years ago and it cost me 830 EUROs. Already that was expensive...now 3 years later, another 400 more? Where does this end?

I bought the app since  2 days but i have more technical issues. (Taskbar, opera, firefox, ect)

I'm sorry, but sometimes I just gotta get things off my chest. So I'm gonna rant.

Ever since this todo with Weinstein or whatever his name is, all those allegations of improper behavior has IMO spiraled out of control. I got the new charger for my laptop and opening Chrome with Bing as my new search engine, I saw that Matt Lauer got fired from NBC for the same reason. What the hell does that say for our culture? Just renewed my OD Subscription again ( thanks for the nice price by the way ) and I realize that gadz.... I've been lurking about this place for a couple months past 16 years now.

I'd like to take a moment and just say that while I've often not been the model citizen in this county that I still value each and every one of you folks.

I install WindowBlinds v10.65 and and switched to the built-in "Windows Classic" theme.

My questions:

1. This is not standard "Windows Classic" theme.

2. GPU acceleration is this theme - does not work.

3. In "About" i see warning:

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC but the Desktop Window Manager is NOT enabled!

If you have compatibility issues with WindowBlinds and an application or game, please do let us know in this thread so we can investigate it and hopefully resolve the problem.

Please make sure you are running the latest version of WindowBlinds first and that the problem exists with a theme included with WindowBlinds vs a downloaded one. 

Please provide as much detail as you can, screenshots of the problem, information on the application itself, how to reproduce the problem and if...

So I upgraded to the new fences. And I liked the idea of having the roll-ups along the edge of my main screen, and just moving the mouse over them when I need to access the apps / date / folders. But when I do this, they unroll underneath the existing windows. What use is that? Is there an 'always on top' setting that I'm missing?

I'm not running any other customising software, just plain Windows 10.
