As you can see from the image I have attached there is a small bar/window that is mostly transparent covering the start button and a few icons.  This happens every time I unlock my machine with objectdock running and my taskbar on the side of the screen with the dock across the bottom.

I have seen this happen with 2 different machines one running windows 7 and the other windows 10.  I'd like to find out if this is a setting I'm using or a known bug.

Well, I’m using it at the moment, and it’s truly fast! Setting it up is easy peasy. And Po’ will love it because of Opera…although it’s based on Chrome, it’s appearance is that of Opera, and it’s really directed at personalizing your browsing experience…and designed for power users. It’s open sourced, uses Chrome extensions.

It is feature rich – like Opera, and that is way different than Chrome and Edge.

Hi,

 

To improve my productivity, when I want to close a maximized window, I always "throw" my cursor to the top-right corner and click without looking.

However, a lot of themes (luckily not all) have a close button that doesn't get triggered by clicking in the most top-right position. You have to actually look where you click since the close button isn't large enough.

Is there a user-friendly way to fix this annoyance?

Is anyone else having issues in compatibility between Windowblinds, WindowsFX and or Start10 in conjunction with the Tuesday 06-April-2016 Insider Preview release?  Upon install of this update, after logging on to the PC for me there was basically no UI at all.  Eventually I launched Task Manager using <CTL><ALT><DEL> and immediately noticed Windows Explorer wasn't running.  Hmmm.  I tried launching Explorer and momentarily saw it appear on the list of t...

Right, so the title says it all, and we should go back to the Imperial Measuring system.  Why?  Cos it sounds better, that's why.

Let me explain:

First of all, when one reaches an important point in their life it is a Milestone.... not a kilometre stone.

Moreover, those wishing to stay with the metric system should be banned from using 'Milestone'.  They can't have their cake and eat it, too.

Another example of sounding better is a Gallon of gas.  ...

I 'thought' it came with Object Desktop but, like other's have found that the 5.10 version didn't work in 10.

So, somehow - and for what reason I can't recall, I downloaded a 'public' version which works without any problem.

Is it possible to register the packager that works as part of Object Desktop or do I have to buy it 'again' if I want Icon

I am using Windows 10 Pro, and Microsoft Office 2016, when I apply a skin (does not matter which one) the background in Word documents are dark and the fonts colored to match the skin. I have attempted to exclude the WINWORD.EXE file, in the WB settings under "per application" settings, and that does not help. I have even tried to apply a different skin (a lighter one) to apply only to WINWORD.EXE and obviously that didn't brighten the background any either... Any help is GREATLY appreciated...

I have the Sort Fence option set to none and yet every time I try to reposition an icon within a fence they don't stick where I want them. If I have a dozen icons within a fence and I want one or two icons to remain next to each other, it seems like every time I move one icon to where I want it to go, the others all change their order. So I have a few not so important files on a file storage site. I believe the site is only a couple years old so I am giving it a test drive to determine If I like it enough to upgrade. This site offers a lifetime unlimited subscription for a one-time payment of $200. That gives you unlimited storage, increased speed, yada yada yada.

Dear animation friends,

As a great admirer and fan of Frank Zappa I've been waiting and wondering about a Zappa dream. If you are interrested I can find the right videopart for you tot work with. My idea is to have a frame where he is playing a guitarsolo and then play it in slowmotion. You guys have made several things I requested, and I really apreciate that!!

Opera already has adblocking, and now it has added a free VPN with unlimited bandwidth (Opera won’t make you pay for the bandwidth you use) which spoofs your IP address. In other words, say you’re sitting in L.A., your browser’s VPN will make it look like you’re in London (or anywhere). It’s free…something which could cost $48/year.

So…say a Youtube vid weren’t available in the US, it would be for you since you appear to be in London. The VPN would also keep people from tracking...

Hey everyone,

I just upgraded to windowblinds 10 yesterday and everything seems to be skinning just fine except for Firefox. I have the latest version of firefox and it just retains the windows 10 default look, except for the scrollbars which change with the chosen skin.
