It’s a sad day for sci-fi fans around the world in learning that Leonary Nimoy passed away today at 83. Last year he announced he had chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and was admitted to the hospital earlier this week with complications from that. Sadly, he passed away this morning at his home. Leonard Nimoy is most famously known for playing the role of Spock in the Star Trek franchise.

Born in Boston in 1931, he started acting in local theaters at the age of 8 and eventually mad...

I've been trying for a couple of days to download WindowBlinds from CNET, and every time I run the executable I get an error message ("Archive integrity check failed").  Is there somewhere else to get the file?

In the world of AV software, there are two varieties: The first, based on signature which can’t hope to keep up with the variants emerging all the time, and the second based on behavior which is supposed to detect/identify any suspicious behavior and quarantine/delete the offending software and notify you to decide what you wish to do. There are other software types (one of which will ship with Windows 10) which will lock down target areas (files, etc.) which viuses/trojans target.

I already have access to this site and have had for years.

Hello all, I selected the font MV Boli when I chose the skin Arsenic 8 in Windowblinds. MV Boli then became the font for all the skins I selected which was fine. However, I want to use the default Windows them complete with the default Windows fonts. However, even though I went back and selected Segoe UI within WB, MV Boli persists even when using the default font.

I also tried setting the default Windows theme by right clicking on the desktop and selecting the them and still MV Boli is the f...

Hi,

 

For a month now (after a Start 8 or Fences update maybe), my Windows 8.1 Dell XPS 21 takes several minutes before I can interact with the desktop. The cusrosr displays a spinning wheel and clicking anywhere is unresponsive.

The same thing happen (spinning wheel and no interaction with desktop or menu bar for a few minutes) if I plug or unplug my secondary monitor.

 

Uninstalling Fences resolves the issue. Re-installing Fences bring back the problem...

I purchased Fences 2.0 long time ago.

Lately on each operation I got message that I need to activate, I have two options deactivate or activate

I choose activate, insert my account details,  activation ends successfully.

Next time I try to work with Fences, again I need to repeat this process.

Hi,

I've  just updated firefox to the last number (37.0.1) to find it messed up : when I click outside the browser, the whole area housing the address bar+my bookmarks+the plug-ins area gets blank. I have to click once or twice in the main window or over the cursor upon this area to get it repaint.
