Will ObjectDock be continued or not ?
Hi,
as a long time customer and subscriber I PLEASE want an honest answer if ObjectDock is still in development or not and if it EVER will work right on 64-bit systems (shortcuts always pointing to c:\program files (x86)) problem. I am really sadly tired of the update politics and public relations on this matter at Stardock at the moment (again). Seen too many good SD-programs going down the drain I relied on (aka DesktopX / RightClick...).
A general update-plan would be great and also a n...![]()

Is it possible to extract Icon Packages to use the icons outside IconPackager?
I want to use the icons I have applied with IconPackager in my Classic Shell Start Menu. To do that, I need the icons separate from the package so I can apply them one by one on Classic Shell. Is there a way to separate the icons from the package?![]()

SkinStudio 8 - Guide / Manual
Hi
Maybe I am just missing it; but, I can't find a guide/manual for SkinStudio version 8. Is there such a thing? I find the program is very complicated and not very self-explanatory. And, I can't believe such a complex program wouldn't have a detailed manual.

Guys, I thought I'd break a pattern and write a post about me, for a change....heheh...
This Friday, I will be having an ablation.
For those who don't know, it's a simple procedure where the Dr. will do a heart catheterization through my groin, up a vein/artery, and into my heart. He will cauterize a line of spots on the inside of my atrium in an effort to correct my atrial flutter. If that doesn't work, I will be fitted with a pacemaker.

WindowBlinds Makes Win 8.1 Task Bar Deploy/Hide on Secondary Monitors

I purchased WindowBlinds yesterday and found that in any skins other than the Default theme, the task bar in Windows 8 keeps sliding out (deploying), then sliding down (hiding) on my alternate monitors. This happens on each extended monitor/screen and each one seems to go by it's own specific rhythm; they're not in time with each other. As you might guess, this is annoying, but I'm also worried that it is causing Windows to use needless CPU resources.

Yesterday I uploaded a wall, which after uploading showed up on my personal page but of course not on the public gallery.
Today it has disappeared from my personal page and I have receive no notification (email) of any action.
Any ideas of what/where/why happened.
Should I re-upload the wall?

Advice on a MacBook Pro
Sitting at CrossRoads I asked a friend why he didn't bring his laptop with him. He told me it froze. I asked what happened and he said "I went to an adult site". Duh......most likely he got nailed with a virus that took out his system. Anyway...he'd like to know what he can do about it and I told him I have no experience with MacBooks. He has no recovery disk nor any backups and hasn't a clue as to how to get it back. Any suggestions? ![]()

ObjectDock keeps freezing
I have today purchased ObjectDock to replace RocketDock which I have used for quite a while.
I needed a stack docklet, and post hxxp://forums.stardock.com/453274/page/1/#3461826 suggested using the stacks docklet.
The OP then asked where this may be obtained, but received no reply. I therefore decided to try the RocketDock stack docklet
which seems to work fine.
Unfortunately, however, after a few minute the ObjectDock seems to freeze. I still have access to the stack docklet items, ...![]()

Why is it taking so long to process my order
I placed my order for Object Desktop, Tweak 7 and Objectdock Plus v2 last Saturday. I was advised that it would take up to 2 working days to process the order. Well it's now another weekend and still when I log on it says I have no orders and strangely the shopping cart still says I have 3 items in it despite receiving an order confirming the order and giving me an order number 2171806.
Can someone from Stardock please look into this as I am getting concerned.

DVD-R Discs
OK, so in another thread here someone said we should not use DVD-RW or DVD-R discs to backup data. The reason being was because the discs can lose data over time.
I have a problem with that statement. I have movies in DVD that i have had for 10+ years and they still play fine. So what's going on?
And for the record I use a external hard drive for backup, LOL.![]()
