I just bought CursorFx.

 

Can you do something to make the pointer move smoothly?

When I activate CursorFX, it's as if I'm once again using a low quality USB mouse (or a PS2 or a Serial mouse)

In its current form, I can see the cursor moving a bit sluggish as if it's not synchronized with my screen refresh rate.

I guess it's got something to do with CursorFX using a software mouse but I don't see the same behavior in games that also use custom cursors; the...

My oldest son is re-living some of his youth and has sucked me into playing the card game Yugioh.

So far we spend half our games arguing about rules and how the other's deck is OP in one way or another.

He's even managed to pull his younger brothers off the X-box which is no small miracle. We used to hate Yugioh as a trading card when he was younger, but it's a pretty fun game to play.



Anyone play here? Any advice?

I have been putting off asking questions about email for far too long. Somehow, I fell behind the times and now I'm not really sure what questions to ask. Internet related questions were never my strong point.

I'm wondering how has email changed in the last decade, and what should one do to be more modernized. I like to keep email on my main computer so its accessible even when the internet is down, and to give me control over backups and stuff. I'm a bit afraid to experiment thou...

I 'm new to making cursors. I've been try but can't get it the way I want. Something is missing. I need to know which program works best for making cursors spin, twirl, explode, break apart . I have been trying with Photoshop and Axialis Cursor Worksop, but the animation I keep getting sucks. I'm in need of a good english video tutorial with a well explanation. Greetings, I purchased and activated DeskScapes so I could run Dreams on my legal Vista Business. As the title says, problem is that Business version doesnt have MPEG2 codec - which kinda ruins the purpose of DeskScapes since, as I can see, most of the Dreams are coded in MPEG.

Quite simple:  I start off with 2 words.  The next person keeps one of the words and replaces the dropped word with another.

I don't get the context menu of an app when I right click on its icon in a dock.  Instead I get a generic objectdock contextmenu.  Is there a way around this?

Is there an option to enable so Fences could update itself automatically?

I have to check my account every couple of weeks to download new version which is a bit annoying. Is there a way to automate this process in a "set it & forget it" way?

I recently bought a Win 8 Ultrabook.  Because the screen is so small, I'd like to use an older (simpler) skin; I like one called "Toxic" from the early days of WB.

It needs updating; I think I can do somet of it, but I'm totally lost on the animated part.  It appears to me, that SD changed all the anim stuff from the earlier version.  For ex, there used to be an anim.dll, but I don't think it's used anymore.

If anyone has any advice on how...

Hello, I have installed Deskscapes 8. I followed the link to stardock after I got the (Not suitable decoder fond) message. I understand the whole "Microsoft didn't include MPEG-2 on Win8."  The article mentions upgrading to/adding Windows Media Center which I have.
