Beta releases with support for the Windows 8.1 Preview are now available for Fences (v2.11) and ModernMix (v1.09) for registered users and ODNT customers.

The betas can be downloaded via the store accounts page (https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products/) or Stardock Central (if Show betas is enabled).

Fences addresses a drag and drop issue with icons on the desktop with Windows 8.1, as well as a similar (but unrelated) issue for some customers who are also running Stardock's D...

Ok so i noticed that i cant switch pages with fences if i have object dock running. i can only switch pages if i disable my docks. is this a bug and if it is is there anyway to get around it?

Bought windowsblinds when I saw version 8 came out, on most skins I get a black background on explorer windows with screen artifacts and distortion when resizing. Adding explorer.exe to exclusion list fixes this but resizes the explorer window in a way where I can't access the menu/ribbon. Posting this to see if anyone is experiencing the same issue and if there are any known fixes. 

 

Here's relevant system information:

windows 8 pro x64, i7 2700k, 16gb ram, nvidia gt...

Hi,

  I was wondering if you could help, I currently have Windows 7 x64 and objectdock, I have it set so that objectdock is configured so to be always at the top of my desktop screen, in addition I have “Always on Top” unchecked.

However I find that when I use a program in full screen mode, like Firefox or Outlook that Objectdock pops forward whenever I go to the very top of the screen, even though it should be behind the maximized window in front of it.

I don't know if there's something I'm missing here, but I cannot seem to find any option to NOT start windowsblinds with windows. I know there are other ways to disable it from starting but it seems kind of counter-intuitive to not have this option in the application.

The reason I would not like to have windowsblinds start with windows is that there are currently no skins I like that are optimized for my native 1920x1080 resolution. I use higher dpi scaling (125%) and on most skin...

How do I assign the Print Screen key to launch the Snipping Tool with Keyboard LP?

 

Windows 8 Pro O/S

 

The Print Screen key does not appear to be recognized by Keyboard LP.  I know of other tools that will do this on SourceForge as I use them at work.

Whenever I change a dock background to something with colour it stays a shade of grey or black - first time I've experience this. Any suggestions as to a remedy would be appreciated.

Hello,

I currently have an activated version of ObjectDock 2.1 on my main Windows 7 desktop, which I use as my main OS. This computer also has Windows 8 installed, which I use far less frequently (for now). (I also have Windows XP and SuSE Linux, but I just have a knack for making things complicated for myself.) 

If I install ObjectDock on Windows 8, is it considered the same PC, or is it considered a separate install and would require a different license?

Hi,

 

My ObjectDock 2.1 stop working after i restarted my computer showing me "ObjectDock has stopped working"

So i tried reinstalling but the same thing happens over and over again.

Please help.

As the title said, I get a "TypeError: Sd.UI is undefined" when I try to upload a new avatar, it meets all the criteria though...also my avatar disappeared earlier.(before I removed it.)

Finally Got my Android Phone & saw "Themes/Skins" for it on the AppMarket....

That could be one of the biggest things creating Windowblinds & Skinstudio for Android  OS.

-Any input/thoughts on this ? Neil Banfield, Spencer ? Community crew ?

Suggestion:

Since Fences went from good to `"meh its alright" and needs fixing especially on cold boots ( startup)...
I thought it may be a good idea to suggest something that i and as i think other people want to see in an upcoming release as well.

Im speaking of the ability to color each Fence in a separate color!

I often find myself in the situation that i move my fences - And since they all have the same color and i blend out the title of each fence to just show when i mouse...
