Been slacking a bit as of late on the ol' WB production...

I thought I might explain why... I have been working for a few Music Software companies designing new interfaces for their upcoming software plugins and libraries.

I'll post some here as I have time...

I am not sure where to post this , so if its in the wrong place hopefully a Mod will put it where it needs to be , then let me know where it was put

 

I have the adin18_Double Weather Calender Gadget version 1   , it keeps forgetting my Zip Code  , every or almost every day it has a pop-up that says the Zip Code is not valid , then it has some strange Zip Code , and you have to re-enter your correct Zip Code  , its like it forgets what it was or does not save it pr...

When attempting to install Deskscapes on Windows 8 Pro + Media Pack I get the following:

The install starts, and asks which folder to install to, I choose the default, and then get 4 dialog boxes in series (click ok and you get another).

each dialog box is basically empty but is labeled (on the top bar of the box) "1" then "2" then "3" and finally "4".. after clicking ok on the 4th box, the install continues.

Everything seems to go ok, and the dreams animate on the preview screen when y...

4 years ago I already talked about the Animatedpng novelty http://forums.wincustomize.com/340138/page/1/#2071883

but only recently I had the idea to create some Animated docks using the .HTLM (on Firefox and Opera only)

if O.D. will support the Apng graphic format we could have animated docks similar (and better) to the examples below

and my first attempt was with the Neogravity Dock...

I understand that college finals are a good evaluation of whether concepts are understood and I agree with this; however, I do no agree with making a final comprehensive over so much material that it dwarfs the value of previously covered material such it initial tests become irrelevant.  This makes it not a test of knowledge rather a test of memory.  This is not a great way to increase confidence or inspire others to learn its a way to weed out those that have lower memory potent...

Maybe I'm too easily impressed. Maybe not.

This impressed the folks at Guinness World Records enough to make it the world's tiniest video. A bit misleading...it's about a tiny subject. The video was made by putting together stop motion pics via a tunneling electron microscope.

Truly impressive.

Our fave pirate lady, Mrs. Starkers has been in the hospital due to a rather awful eye infection which spread to her face.

So, she was in hospital for 24 hours (or a tad longer...time is bizarre in upside down Oz) on I.V. antibiotics, and now is home with the Cap'n.

 

I hope you'll join me in wishing her a rapid recovery... Get well quickly, bonzette!

I thought I'd start a new thread as I couldn't find the old one.  Take a moment and share with the community the home or office workspace you spend much of your hard working time at.

My main custom built PC with two 23" monitors.  It's several years old, but still does fine, although I'd like to build a new one soon.  It's an AMD quad-core, 8GB RAM, and an ATI Radeon 5700 series card.

Other is a 21" iMac.
