Hanging delays (Win 7, 10)
I've noticed a couple of similar complaints of Object Dock, slow/hanging & lag. I currently am using Windows 10 but this 'hanging-lag', which comes after launching an app from Object Dock, or attempting to launch an item with Object Dock not responding, like it's writing to itself or something is just not correct. Installation issues when documents mapped to network drive
I'm trying to install DesKScapes 8.51 on my machine. I have my Documents folder mapped to the Y: which is a network share. When going through the setup an error pops up: "Y: The setup cannot continue because the above drive does not exist."I'm connected to the network, everything works, etc.Any solution without re-mapping to C-drive?![]()

Two Icon spacing problems and one Titlebar problem
For a while now, the first letter of the title of an icon is cut off on the left side of the fence square. No matter how I resize the fence it still cuts off the first letter of the icon title. Also I have some icons with titles that are 20-25 letters long. When the title of the icon is long, the title overlaps into the icon to the right. Oddly, there is no option setting about "pixels between icons", only pixels between fences. Also there is no option setting...![]()

Unable to upgrade to 3.09
Upgrading from 3.08 to 3.09 I get this message: "The uninstall executable file could not be written out because it is already in use. Close all running uninstalls and click Retry to continue." No other uninstalls are running. I've performed this first thing after a reboot. I can attach the setup Log.txt file if that would be useful. (Notably, the purge doesn't seem to work either. Visual Studio crashes on launch if using WindowBlinds
If I disable WindowBlinds, Visual Studio starts fine. I've excluded devenv.exe - "Ignore this application and don't skin it". Fences 3.0.9.11 updated but still in Manager
I have been able to update Fences to 3.0.9.11, however, the Object Desktop Manager still shows that Fences needs to update. The update is not being removed after a successful update.![]()

3 hour disaster trying to update 3.08 to 3.09 wiped out about 100 desktop icons and unable to even uninstall long story with happy ending kind of
Using Win 10 with latest updates. Fences updates seems to have lost all icons on desktop and configure "can not find executable file "and lost all desktop icons. I've been trying to recover my icons for over an hour and now seem to have traced it to Fences issue so step by step: First when tried to update to 3.0.09 (prior shows as 3.0.08 I believe can't get to it now. Slow PC...
Got me a HP laptop. I bought it early last year. It's been a great little computer. Nice and fast. Until about a week ago when we finally got internet back in the house. It used to wake from sleep and be ready for the password to get to the desktop in less then a second after I moved the mouse to wake it. It now takes up to two minutes. The time between the lock screen and when I can input my password has gone from a few seconds to thirty as well. Recent virus scans by Windows Defender and Trend...![]()
