Random file/folder activity
Hi
I've had issues on a number of occasions where if I create a new Folder in a fence and give it a name, and suddenly a number of other existing folders are also renamed with the same name. So now I have to search through my fences to make sure it hasn't happened when creating a new folder.
Also, when I select and deleted un-fenced files form my desktop, sometimes other files and folders are randomly deleted from within fences (even though they were definitely not selected for del...![]()

For many in the medical field it's difficult to discuss physician assisted suicide. Surprisingly many doctors are very much against physician assisted suicide. I personally believe that each individual has the right to make that choice for themselves. Translation for Object Desktop?

i just like to know if the Object Desktop is fully translated into german. The Start8 programm is perfectly translated but before i buy the whole programm with fences etc i would like to know if it is in german available too.

Windowblinds & Firefox 18 Problems
Whats the deal with Windowblinds and Firefox 18, I have corrupt titlebars and can't close Firefox at all because the buttons aren't there, even when I exclude it in the Wiindowblinds settings the problem is still there.
EDIT: it's also happening with Thunderbird, even though it's excluded too.![]()

deskscapes video preview upload doesn`t work
When I try to upload a swf file for video preview the edit section stays on "please wait" after the upload and I can`t klick un submit! I tried swf files between 300 and 900KB all with the same result! Everything else works fine with the edit section! Can someone of you experts help me!![]()

Some Apps don't skin
So I have a question:
is there a posibility for thunderbird, skype, media player classic and miranda IM to set it uses default aero theme?
I installed wb's and everything skins normally but those apps except thunderbird (which has skinning issues by itself) have default classic windows style of currently applied skin.
When there is no skin applied they function normally with aero skinng, but there seems to be no possibility to set aero skin only for those 4-5 apps since th...![]()

"Stacks" Docklet working VERY well
I've been using RocketDock with the Stacks Docklet for several years with excellent results, but it has always had one quirk that drove me crazy: When I would RDP into my Desktop, the Stacks Docklet would not behave properly, so I would have to quit and restart RocketDock. It would then function properly. Likewise, when I would go back to my physical desktop, the same would happen.
Now that I have switched to OnjectDock, the same Stacks Docklet provides the same functionality, but now it ...![]()

Multi-monitor layouts trashed with RDP
I use Fences Pro on a 2-monitor setup, and it works EXTREMELY well. All the advertised features are there, and it provides me with what I need and want to manage my desktop.
That said, there is one annoying quirk: When I access my desktop remotely using RDP, all the fences slide into the single monitor. That's annoying, but understandable, since the screen resolution just went way down from the dual-monitor size. But that's not the problem. The problem is that when I go back to my phy...![]()

IE 10 Released to General Public Today
MS has released IE 10 – probably in the hope that it will win back folks who’ve migrated to Firefox and Chrome. Wanna bet?
Currently Firefox holds 20% and Chrome holds 17% of the browser market while IE (all editions) holds about 55%.
Since IE10 was tied to W8, it’s exposure has been limited (apart from the “preview”). Since W8 is only at 2.3%, MS is releasing IE 10 to try and compete independently from W8.

Screen Captures Show "SAMPLE" and ...
I've been using Start8 for about a week now and found it very helpful so went through the process of uninstalling, rebooting, going to the site and purchasing Start8, installing, rebooting and registering. I can go to the support site and find my purchase shown there. I have been recommending Start8 to numerous friends that are suffering the indignities of Win8 and wanted to give them my configuration settings to speed things along.
