Former hard rock singer Sed is now officially one year older today. He is going to dust off his microphone and P.A. system and sing a lullaby. The mayor of Cleveland has announced that the city will be in a lockdown for the rest of the day. The rumour is that this is his 117th birthday, so that would probably make him the oldest skinner on WC.

If games can have thread like this, TV shows deserve one of their own too...

12 Monkeys:  not the best show ever and on occasion bit of a míndfuck, but overall i enjoyed and look forward to second season. I am sure many people would hate it, pick plotholes and whatonot and granted, it has its weaknesses, but its a show that makes you actually think, what is going on and guess, what might happen next. I have Fences installed on a Dell laptop with a touch screen running Windows 10. When I use the touch screen to drag a program shortcut icon and drop it on a fence, I get a popup with options to "Copy here" and "Move here". When I select "Move here", the icon flies back to its original location on the screen. If I select "Copy here", the icon is duplicated, with "- Copy" added to the label, and the original icon still exists.

Is there some way to get "Move here" to work? Yes, I could do a "Co...

Before Christmas I ordered the software Object Desktop 2016 and paid with PayPal on the same day. Since then, I have been waiting for this software bundle and the required registration number. Since the beginning of the week I have two tickets at Stardock Sales "sales@stardock.com" run however I have received so far no answer.I feel the customer service at Stardock so bad! The fact that buyer requests are not reacting at all is the very last! I wonder if I should still wait for an answer or rath...

Having an issue, this has been consistent for quite sometime... basically, one of my folder portals refuses to remain on the desktop, it forces itself on top of my windows. Quite annoying.

Just FYI for devs.

Have two rigs, both Win7ProSP1, both using the same skin (slightly modified Primavera by essorant), both using Firefox 50.1.0 with same theme and plugins.

One rig still has WB 10.46 beta, the other WB10.5.

The rendering of tab text in FF changed with 10.5 - rendered in white in 10.46 beta, in black in 10.5.

Folks, may use the Android OS...especially for messaging. The app AirDroid has had 10-50 million installs not couting those done via the AirDroid website...and it's a very vulnerable app.

AirDroid was approached quietly and said they would fix it, but in its latest update, no fixes were present.

I bought the whole ObjectDesktop package and was hoping to use Deskscapes with Fences but they don't appear compatible. Whenever I use Deskscapes the icons in Fences are all visible all over the desktop which rather defeats the purpose of Deskscapes.

 

Can these programs work properly together and if so what do I do?

For about a week now when I start my laptop with Win 8.1 on it the little Fences window pops up and tells me my license has expired.  If I enter my info it says thank you, etc..  But then the very next time that I do anything Fences-related the 'Fences expired' window pops up.  It does not matter if I enter my info or just close that window, each and every time that I do anything Fences-related the window is back.  I also cannot add anything to my Fences because the w...

My brother is in ICU on life support, prayers needed...he has respiratory failure, lungs full of fluid, high CO2 and low oxygen levels, very confused, and it seems he's been off his meds for diabetes, etc.

 

He smokes, eats too much, generally doesn't take care of himself.

 

They have him at critical status.

 

I would appreciate any prayers and well wishes.

Chrome's "autofill" for forms is a convenient feature, and it would be great, except that it 'leaks' information.

Websites which have forms to fill out can be a pain, and filling out forms is a pain, but what you see on the form is organized into "fields". You don't necessarily see all the fields. Some can be 'hidden' and get information from your browser you might not want the website to get. Pretty sneaky, imho.

Hello, guys. I got the latest version of Fences, and the latest drivers installed on Windows 10 pro.

I have 2 monitors and when I set up the fences the way I want it, after a reboot, the fences jump over to my other screen.
And I have to reposition them every single time. 

Does any else has the problem? Is there a fix for this?

One cool thing about Windows 10 is that you can tell the system to automatically pick the Windows accent color (the color used for the taskbar, start menu, window borders, window title bars, highlighting, etc) according to the current desktop background. So, for example, if the desktop background is a picture of red roses, the accent color will be some shade of red to match it. Hi All,

ObjectDock was last updated on July 15, 2014, nearly 2.5 years ago. Has Stardock abandoned it?

I'm trying to run it on my Surface Pro 4 running the latest version of Windows 10, and there are three major bugs:

Not sure when it happened but when I attempt to manipulate or change Fences settings I get the message "Fences does not appear to be loaded you may need to re install Fences". I can start the settings part of Fences (Fences.exe) but the "configure fences" is missing from the desktop "right click" menu and none of my desktop Fences exist.It would be nice if I could get my fences back (all the icons are still grouped on my desktop) instead of having to re-create them again.  I can re-install ...
