There have been several reports of unwanted advertising pop-ups with doubtful site urls being spread via "malvertising" in the free version of Spotify.

"Spotify's ads crossed from nuisance over to outright nasty this week, after the music service’s advertising started serving up malware to users on Wednesday. The malware was able to automatically launch browser tabs on Windows and Mac PCs, according to complaints that surfaced online.

I'm on Stardock's mailing list because I checked out the desktop software once.

I was sick of just a mass of icons all over my desktop (yes, MS Windows) and wanted to shrink them and organize them into categories.

I ended up going with something else and mostly just letting the icons multiply. Organizing stuff takes time!

I never thought the result of looking at Stardock would one day be an actually thoughtful newsletter from the CEO of the company! Nice, really.

Hi Brad,

I like the format and I read it, like you I generally and too busy to read rambling marketing documents, I just don't bother. 

However the Stardock Magazine is interesting and gives me an insight in to the way things are going.ie Win 7 is dead Win 10 is the way to go.  I would like to suggest that you keep the format, so thats its informative and gives the products a plug, but mostly its informative.  I would like to see more insights in to the future, it allows...

I have just purchased DeskScapes 8 to get a video as my animated wallpaper, however each time I tried to add the folder with the video, DeskScapes 8 stops responding and crashes, when I re-open it, I can see the folder was added but the video doesn't show up in the list, I tried putting the video all over the place and adding different folders but it just won't work, or the second I see it trying to be added to the list (white image appears with a hour glass icon) the software cra...

Hello.

i am using a proxy. I can't start Fences trial because it seems as if Fences 3.0 does not use my proxy.

Are there any further settings to be made, which enables Fences to use my proxy setting ?

I just want to know which video format has the best video quality compared to use as a background i want it to be as lossless as possible or as close to the original source as possible im thinking of going for 4k and then let it down sample it to my 1440p screen.

I purchased Object Desktop awhile ago, never had the need to update it and then upgraded my PC to Windows 10 and decided to check back and see if I could re install Object Desktop on Windows 10, low and behold I paid $50 for a program I cant even DOWNLOAD now, even without the current updates. This is a very poor model, because when I bought it, there was no indication ANYWHERE that it was a subscription based service. You don't pay $30 a year to keep WINDOWS updated or your favorite games, ...

Hi I am hoping to get support or help as my Start8 that was being used on my PC is no longer accessable as the computer dropped dead.
I have a new PC now and unfortunately forced to have Win10 Is it possible to install my Start 8 on a win 10 pc or is there an update so it can be used on win 10
