Im new to wb and also new to this forum etc. Triying now a trial 8 version with an skinstudio7 free version ( its not pro or skin studio 8 ( if it is not a free i`ll stop using it immediatly). I don't need more cause i also can read and edit the theme with an simple text editor. I do now test wb to see if its worth buying it.

When I create a Folder Portal it acts like a regular fence. There is no menu to change the view style to list or details. I've created Folder Portals using every method in the creation instructions with no luck. I'm using Windows 8.1 desktop.

This may have been asked before, but since I just purchased a new laptop with Windows 8 on it, what Object Desktop apps (besides the obvious, Start 8, Decor 8, and Deskscapes), are compatible and can be used on this new OS? Does Stardock intend to make all their software compatible with Windows 8? Is Windowblinds going to be usable on it if it isn't already?

What is the best browser for malware protection? It seems to be IE getting 99.96% and Google Chrome comes in second getting 83.16%. Safari 5 comes in third getting only 10.15% of malware. What freaked me out was firefox only getting 9.92%. last but not least Opera 1.87%

I have an issue that i have reported to Stardock with respect to Fences behavior on my Windows 8.1 computer but they have been unable to resolve. Now i have some more clues so hoping someone can help.

Dreams do not fit to my screen particuarly solar max dream and they are only showing at the top left corner of my screen but in a different resolution. Im using a 32' 1080p tv as my monitor @ 1920x 1080 res.
