Back in Windows 7, Familiar Territory
Hey, it feels great to be back in Windows 7, after the disastrous adventure of messing around with Linux Mint Cinnamon 16. Ever hear of a system crash called FALLBACK MODE, and it's a loop, and you cannot seem to fix it or stop it or get out of it? Maybe I shouldn't have tried to install a cursor into the users/share/icons folder with elevated privileges.............. is it possible that Linux is overrated? Or am I in the wrong, and I did something I shouldn't?

I will never subscribe to stardock products again. Shocking
My subscription to object desktop ended in December. I can't ever remember reading somewhere that once the subscription ends that I won't have access to the files for download. In fact, as I am accustomed from any other software that I purchase these days, that the software I buy is available in my account for me to get at any time.

no Fullscreen when I start Titanfall
After the installation of WindowBlind, the game Titanfall doesn't open in fullscreenmode anymore. I did already those mesaures:
set an exception to "not apply any theme on program".
But still it opens in a non rezisable window.
Anyone with a solution that can prevent uninstallation of WindowBlind?

Three interesting things about Windows 9
The first is an adaptable start screen. MS has learned from its faux pas with Windows 8. W9 will adapt itself to whatever you happen to be running it on: If a keyboard and mouse are attached, then W9 (codenamed “Threshold”) will give you the desktop mode. If not, and if you have a touch enabled device, W9 will load the mobile mode.

I'm done with Fences
Hi
After using it for one month with Windows 8.1 I finally decided to uninstall it.
Reason 1: From time to time, some icons simply dissapear
Reason 2: Whenever some game launch in non native screen resolution, few icons are "kicked out" from fence window.
Which was forcing me to re-adding em in appropriate fence non stop
Than I uninstalled Fences and now 70% of icons are blank and I need to re-set em again.
So I reverted back to trusty Iconoid (Like I had in in Win 7) and now my ic...![]()

BUGGY BEHAVIOR -- after Windows 7 comes back from Hibernate ...

I love Fences. Really has helped me do things better. But, here are my problems, and I can easily isolate their behavior.
Okay, I hibernate Windows 7, then I come back from Hibernate. Fences won't allow icons to be moved into the Fence container. It does not SLIDE them in. They just drop on the desktop where they are placed on top of the container.

Feature Request -- Backup & Restore of Fences (which helps overcome Bug Issues)
I love Fences but I upgrade often and need to have simple way to move my layout. It'd be nice if Fences operated like ActualTools Window Desktop Manager. It has a SysTray icon that gives many pages of Configuration. Then in Configurate, it has BACKUP, RESTORE, UPGRADE, etc. Also, START / STOP / PAUSE. None of this is in Fences, or if it is, it doesn't work right.

Fences locks up in Control Panel ...
Never had this problem before with Fences.
Just now, as I wanted to try some new configuration with it, Fences locked in in the Control Panel. It won't do anything.
I go back to Start >> Control Panel, and I have another copy that works fine of Control Panel.

Feature Request -- multiple snapshot history ...
I wish that we could say how many snapshots will be kept. Three days is not enough.
It'd be nice to say a schedule of when snapshots are kept and how many are kept.
I use this daily, but I don't change it every 3 days. So, some of my beloved snapshots
are lost. Looks like I can take them whenever, but be nice if it had better schedule.
And, I cannot really examine my snapshots because they are too small. I have three
monitors running so good l...![]()

Bug firefox html5 video full screen
If windowfx adds effects to my firefox window and i view a HTML5 video on youtube and select full screen, as soon as i click esc to come out of fullscreen the video fills the firefox window and i have to use task manager to exit firefox. I have since added firefox to the excluded apps list and it works 100%.![]()

Why am I getting this?
When I created a new dock and re-positioned it, closed settings and opened it again all I get is a black background. I can still access each dock and change skins but I can't see anything. Any ideas.
