I am running windows 8.1  just installed Windowblinds 5.0  it starts up but wont change anything

i get message

WindowBlinds is not installed correctly on this PC. If you did not reboot after installing WindowBlinds 8 for the first time, then please reboot and try this again.

Fences allows us to group our desktop icons, which is fantastic.  But honestly, how often are you on your desktop?  The majority of the time your desktop icons are hidden by any one of multiple active applications running.

I would like to offer a suggestion of being able to hit a hotkey, and the fences all pop to the foreground while the hotkey is held down allowing you to double click an icon, and disappear when the hotkey is released.  Heck replace Window's useless Win-Ta...

I have read through this forum and checked my purchases... I can download my paid version of window blinds but no where is skin studio.  Not a very good way to do business.

Hi everybody,

 

My dock is placed at center top, and I would like to know if it could be possible to hide the dock when my mouse cursor is reaching top, because when I reach top it shows the dock, which I don't want because it's very annoying for web browsing when switching tabs for example.

My settings are already disabling "autohide" and "always on top" features.

Any idea please?

Google has a good project (Google Cultural Institute) which allows you to tour great museums and see wonderful works of art, such as here.

Yes, I chose “Meeting Street” for CarGuy1 and Daiwa.

Imho, this is a great thing. So how do they do it? With “Street View” technology, but, using a ‘Dalek-oid’ robot draped in a weird cloak.

Wait, it gets better.

The robot likes taking weird ‘selfies’ in front of mirrors! This pretty much dispels the ‘Evil Skynet’ image ...

Hi, im running 3 monitors with a AMD 7970 saphire card, i have set it up so i can either have 3 seperate screens for destop work or so i can swap to eyefinity and play games, it is only 1 video card not any more.

On my left screen i have a static wallpaper, on my middle screen i am using the collage dream with multiple wallpapers and on my right screen i have a static wallpaper.

I am wanting to have both the left and the right side screen rotate between random wallpapers that i select as p...

This is a new one called Syslendar, a kind of combination sysmetrix and rainlendar. At first I thought it wouldn't be possible to add a rainy on top of an smx but I believe I found a way. The background for the smx prevents anything from being put on top of it because if you click on the smx whatever is on top goes behind it and is hidden. If I cut an opening in the background it should allow the rainy to stay on top.But......It doesn't work because bitmaps can't handle tra...

So I'm trying to use SkinStudio, and it just closes immediately when I try to run it.

SkinStudio 8, by the way. Not sure if it has to do with the fact that I'm still running WindowsBlinds 7, but if that's the case, it's kind of annoying that there is no legacy option for SkinStudio in my downloads on this site. All I see is SkinStudio 6, which is the first version I bought, but there is no download for it. SkinStudio 8, which is what I've installed, and then WindowsBlinds ...
