Since quite a few of us here have Windows Phones, including myself, I thought we could keep an ongoing thread where we can talk about new and useful apps for the platform.

If you have a Windows Phone, you can grab apps from the Store app itself, or through your browser at the Windows Phone Marketplace.

I'll be talking about my favorite apps, and please feel free to join in.

While going through and changing all the fonts as I usually do...somehow I managed to break the user pic in Frontier 7 (light). See image.Any idea what I goofed up and how to undo it? Thanks.

My mom recently got a virus and had Norton Internet Security 2007 that she bought for 90 dollars US. She recently also got a virus that Norton let through and then could not get rid of. She downloaded Avast Antivirus Home Edition and it got rid of it and one other that was there. She is going to return Norton for a full refund. GET RID OF NORTON IT SUCKS. AVAST IS GREAT AND STOPS EVERTHING FROMJ GETTING IN!!!

I know how to change  windows explorer address bar background but this doesn't seem to affect IE 11's address bar background.

 

Can someone point me to where this setting is exactly? I must be blind, I can't find it anywhere. Thanks in advance!!

It doesn't happen in all blinds, just a few but in those the text is either black or dark grey and the background is dark grey making it almost impossible to read. How can I change just the background to white.

Who knows how to disable the window the user's avatar in some skins it is not and in some it is but I want that it was not who can help with advice thanks in advance.

Hello,

I'm behind a proxy with authentification and i can't use Stardock Central.

I have a small question.

Is it so hard to add an option window with fields for proxy url, proxy port, proxy username & proxy password ?

The affected cursors are the I-beam in the XML editor text fields and all cursors over an object in the main window with the select tool selected.  Could you work with the Inkscape people to implement a fix?  I verified that CursorFX is involved by turning it off.

When I open a photoshop file, it appears blank when I'm using WindowBlinds. When I use the basic Windows theme, it's normal.

UPDATE: Works with graphics driver disabled (but keeping it disabled is not an option).

(I'd provide a picture, but it's literally just Photoshop open with nothing in it except the file open and a dark grey screen.)

I paid for Windowblinds, and then upgraded to Object Desktop a few days ago, and I can't use it? It's a upsetting that there...

Hi up until last week I was using Windows 8, however due to the utter failure of this OS I uninstalled it and installed Windows 7 on the same HDD. 

Unbeknownst to me I was not aware of the new activation system and did not deactivate the Fences installation on the Win 8 machine. 

Now I can not activate Fences on my Win 7 installation can you please help?

What are the best free wallpaper managers?

I'm currently using WallMaster, which is decent, but requires you to manually add new wallpapers (as do many other managers I've tried).

I'd like something that I can just point it to a folder or folders and it will dynamically keep up with the contents as they change. Just set and forget.

Of course, it needs to be able to change to a random wallpaper at a predefined interval.

Aside from that, I'm not looking for anything too fancy. I can ...

Hello!




For some reason several of my favourite Windowblind skins are no longer showing the power button in the start menu. I've used these skins before, and never had a problem. Any suggestions?




Here are my Windowblind specifications:

But the swelling has gone down. I will wait out the 142 days I have left and then I will be uninstalling every single stardock program on my computer. With this "update" I can no longer use the product. If you really think that you are better than microsoft and the thousands of alternatives to your "enhancements" you are quite insane. There is no way I will pay for a separate license so that I can run the program on my laptop when I am not on my main computer. Microsoft allows for multiple insta...
