I had issues with Fences from the day one I purchased it.
When ever, I start the PC; the explorer hangs but after explorer is restarted; this would work fine.
But, today, when the PC started; explorer crashed as usual but did not start and continued to hang.
After few minutes, it said RPC service could not start.
So , I had to reboot in safe mode and uninstall it.
