Upgrading from WB7 to WB8

Hi All,

I want to install WB8.

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 and WB7.

Do I ?? 

1 De-install WB7 first using control panel?

2. Reboot.

3. Install WB8.

4. Reboot

This is correct??
