This is Fences settings specific but it happens on right clicking the tittlebar of a folder portal. the Context menu shows two enties for sort by
Fence settings to duplicate bug
Show labels can be on mouseover or alwaysShow tittlebar buttons on fences on mouseover MUST BE disabled.Fences Version 2.10
Os Win7 64bit
The first entry (on right of screenshot) you cannot get any flyout with options (so this must be the bugged entry)
