CursorFX is the best way to change that bland, default cursor on your Windows desktop and change it to one of the thousands that are available for download. It’s easy to use, and there are cursor themes available from very minimal style, to some with wild animations and effects. Whatever your style is, I’m confident there’s some themes out there you will like.
