Sorting rules

I have setup a rule to send all program shortcuts to a particular fence, but it doesn't work all the time. It seems that shortcuts created in my own desktop folder are handled correctly, but that shortcuts created in the Public/desktop folder aren't. The latter are sent to the fence I setup as default to place new files in.Image may be NSFW.
