Quite simple:  I start off with 2 words.  The next person keeps one of the words and replaces the dropped word with another.

I have installed the Fences 2.01 trial version, and I can confirm that the Fences menu items show up in the desktop context menu when I right click on my desktop.  The 'Configure Fences' choice is present, and under the 'View' sub-menu, there is an option to 'Lock Fences'.  However, I never got the initial dialogue about configuring Fences, and whenever I click the 'Configure Fences' selection in the context menu, the cursor icon spins for a second, then...

I built a new pc for a friend and he installed his Object Desktop, but when he tries to change to ANimate Desktop and click on Apply he gets an error that the WDM is not turned and can it try to start it. So I click yes but nothing happens. When I check in Services.msc, the WDM has been started ok but it still says it's Off.

 

Old Pc

Intel Dual Core

4GB ram

ATI Radion 6450 1GB

Win 7 64Bit

Object Desktop works fine.

 

New PC

Intel i5

8GB RAM

I could have sworn this was a feature.  If it is not ... it REALLY needs to be.  For example, I have a large collection of icons under one category that I don't use all the time, so it would be beneficial to hide (or "minimize") this single fence from the desktop until needed.  

 

Any way to do this?  If not, where do you send suggestions?

Upon rebooting/starting up the computer, Windows Explorer hangs while waiting for Fences to "kick in".  By forever, I mean like at least a couple of minutes from when the desktop appears.  That seems like forever when you consider my computer boots (before Fences) from cold to a working desktop in about 50 seconds!

That certainly does not seem normal, and I don't remember it doing this when I had the trial version and now have updated to the latest (2.10) version.  Anyone e...

On Windows 8 Pro x64.

 

 

I have the setting where inactive windows will darken to draw less attention to them, and for some reason, after a while the same effect would then be on any active window.

 

The only way to fix this, and still keep the effect for its typical use (other than a reset) was to disable the setting and then re-enable it.

I recently purchased Fences 2.0 for the feature that allows me to have multiple screens. The ability to save different fence groupings  and switch back and forth is a great idea except...

If you use multiple monitors, I have three to be exact, Fences requires that you swipe across all three screens to change the fence gouping. This inconvenience is bad enough but try and move an icon from a fence in one group to another fence in a second group on another page, its a nightmare. ...

This started happening as soon as i installed windows blinds, which i paid a bit of money for, so a solution would be nice.

It might also be windows fx, i'm not sure.

When i leave the chrome window to go to another window, and then go back, the chrome window disappears for 1-10 seconds every time.  this is a major inconvience to me as i am a web developer and constantly change code, refresh a page, change code, refresh a page.

Has anyone found a fix for this problem? ...

Had another request to make a logo and a banner im almost finished with that sadly i cant show it to you since i dont know if they will go and use it for commercial stuff but while i was at it i made 3 pre mesh sculpts and one got rejected since they didnt like how blurry it was ( very very very very early progress at that point in fact it was made in 15-20 minutes to only get the base shape )
I will show you a picture in a second... Im sure some guys will already spot that it has potentia...

I purchased OD over 48 hours ago, and still have not received the software, registration, or anything!!!!! After 24 hours of not receiving anything, not even a purchase receipt, I sent an email to support. That was 24 hours ago, and still haven't heard a thing yet!!!!! What is going on there??????????
