Can't get my license key
I've paid for the Fences via Paypal, and I still can't get my key for it. The strange thing is I do can login and submit this post, but when I submit my email address in Lookup Product Keys page, an red alert shows: Account Lookup Failure, does anybody has the same situation like me? How can I get my key, I've paid $9.99, I don't want pay it again.![]()

Ikons stay on desktop
After working for a short time on the desktop, all fences seems to be emptied. When I roll up fences, all the ikons stay on the desktop. After a restart of the computer, everything seems to be OK, but after a while, the same happens again. I have tried to perform automatic layout and other changes in the settings, but nothing works. ankerh2![]()

Roll-dwon vs roll-up
I cannot figure out how to force the Fence to roll (or collapse) DOWN in to the Fence bar. Somehow, I have only one Fence, located at the bottom edge of the screen, which when rolled over will expand UP into the display to show the icons. All the rest expand DOWN (like the Fences in the middle and top of the screen). Not being able to roll the icon field DOWN in to the Fence bar makes the lower 1/4 of the PC's screen useless for Fence-features as putting a Fen...![]()

List View Size Increased
Hello, Both of these fences are using "List" view: https://i.imgur.com/XQe8W0s.png The one on the left is using list view before recent updates, and the one on the right is using a List view now. There is *so* much more space used up for the one on the rights files and folders, meaning I can only see a fraction of the amount of files in a fence than I could before. If I were to change the one on the left away from List view and then back to List view, it would be screwed up in siz...![]()

Deskscapes Crashing
Deskscapes crashes on both of my main PCs. Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit Run about 5 seconds, freezes up, crashes explorer, then refreshes with only my wallpaper, no dreams. Tried several dreams. I have codecs installed, graphics updated, windows updated. Both machines have SSDs and 16 GB ram. One has a 12 (24) core Xeon processor. Radeon RX 580 graphics gard, 8 GB. The other has a 6 (12) core Ryzen 5. NVidia GTX 1060 3 GB. Both running triple monitors at 2560 x 1440. Tick...![]()

How to automatically deselect icon after drag+drop on desktop?
Hello! I save a lot of images by click/drag/dropping on the desktop. Here's the problem: when I drop file A on the desktop, it is selected. I then go back to the browser window, click/drag image B and when I drop it on the desktop, image A is still selected. Now both icons are selected. If I want to move image B I end up moving both icons without meaning to. If I drag/drop image C now all three icons are selected, and moving one moves the entire selected grouping - sometimes off scre...![]()

Fences 3.08.1 causes DirectX games to fail to launch on Windows 10 64-bit 1803 "April Update"
I recently installed the demo of Fences and enjoy the product (it reminds me of an almost identical feature in K Desktop Environment on Linux), but the issue is when I try to play a video game it can't initialize DirectX. Admittedly the pool of games I've tested is small and obscure, but they run perfectly fine without Fences running. Fences 3 make my SSD obsolete
Hi , i instaled trial Fences 3 on my latop Asus with Intel i7, 2.5 GHZ, Windows 10, 64 bit to see how it works It make a delay more then 1 min when Windows start with both monitors, built in one and HD monitor pluged in one. I can fix that ? Otherwise i have to unsinstal this software.![]()

Mute/Adjust WMV volume in the program rather than in system settings
Hi, Deskscapes WMV playback has no volume control in either wallpaper or screensaver (a mute button would be very useful, if not adjustable volume). System volume works for wallpaper, what is the workaround for the screensaver volume? Thanks!![]()

Oversized taskbar buttons with enlarged text size
Have a new Windows 10 Pro 64 installation; just installed Dark Mode theme Theme (by Vad_M, posted Jan 8, 2018 on Windowsblinds) with one problem. My 3840x2160 UHD monitor needs Window system fonts enlarged to the system-recommended)300% to render them legible (System/Display/Scale and Layout menu). But this results in a corresponding vertical height increase in the taskbar buttons, to where only 4 pinned buttons can display without needing to scroll to the next column of tas...![]()

Is there an option to have rolled up fences appear Over the current active window ?
I have my browser window just in front of my rolled up Fences, ... so my browser window is active when I mouse-over the Fence title. The Fence unrolls but its behind the active window ... so I can't see it. Is there an option , "Bring Fence to Front when rolled over" ? If not, I think there should be.![]()
