When I choose to show running applications on my dock and choose show all open windows it seems to show two icons for windows explorer. Is there any way to disable them so they do not show on the dock or modify them in some way? They do go away if I only show minimized but I would like to show all open apps without them being there.![]()

Fences swaps icons between two monitors
I'm running Fences on Win 10 on a two-monitor setup (1920x1080 & 1280x1024). Occasionally after awaking Windows, I find the Fences and the desktop icons have switched from one monitor to the other. Why does it do this and can it be prevented?![]()

Fences 3 on Windows 10 - Icons Disappearing from Fences, but still on Desktop
I have a User testing Fences 3 and over the last 2 weeks she has had 2 or 3 icons disappear from within Fences. When she would recreate them they would have a 2 added to the end (ie. - the shortcuts already existed somewhere on her Desktop). When we opened File Explorer and looked at her Desktop the missing shortcuts and the new ones she created were all listed.
I went through every setting in the Fences Menu and found nothing that would cause this issue, nor could I loc...![]()

Fences folder list - problem with Win10 Creators Update
Hello,
I have installed the newest update of Windows 10 - Creators Update - today and saw, that in a folder portal on my desktop all the entries will be shown as medium icons. Even if I change it to a short list as before, on a restart of my laptop the folder portal sjows the icons. It seems, that my changes will not be saved permanently.
Is this issue already known?

Spontaneous folder appears outside of fence
The contents of folders I had within a fence have spontaneously duplicated themselves, placed themselves inside their own fence, and now appear in the middle of my second monitor. I can't move this folder anywhere, resize it, or move it back into the original fence.![]()

If you buy stuff on Amazon...if you haven't, you probably will, sometime, you probably check out buyer reviews...with some it's easy to spot a fake review. Others, not so much.
So, it isn't news (I hope) that sellers like good reviews and there's a group of folks who earn money by 'reviewing' products for pay. Many sites don't do this, allowing only buyers to leave reviews, but there are 'work arounds' such as sending the 'reviewer' sample...

How do I disable the pop-up update notifications in Fences 3? Someone in this post says to download a .bat file and run it, but I'm hesitant to run a file linked by someone that doesn't work at Stardock.
I tried creating a ticket but can't log into eSupport and don't see a way to create an account for it.

Can't drag a desktop icon into fences after updating to 3.0.8.1

In one of last few updates list view has disappeared. In folders that I set up list view it stayed like that but can't use it new folders. Why?

Fences won't work after restart
I restated my computer and now fences 3 won't load on windows 10 - I tried to uninstall but it says it can't find the program. I reached out to support but all they did was send canned verbiage with an uninstaller that didn't work.
Do I need to wipe on computers hard drive to get rid of this program?![]()

Colourization synch

I'd like to request feature for Fences. In all OSes supported by Fences there's built-in feature, that lets colourize windows' borders. Feature I'm requesting is synchronising fences' colour to one used by system.
Visually I'm imagining that as 1 check box near each parameter "Colour intensity", "Tint", "Saturation" labelled as "use from system".
Hopefully that isn't very hard to implement, but would be very handy to not tune colours every time I'm changing it for syste...![]()

Windows Polling
Just installed version 3.0.5.12 and everything works great. However i have noticed that when i have the mouse pointer focused on my desktop the processing icon displays, similar to when windows is processing something or thinking. Is there any explanation why this would be happening?![]()
