I recently purchased object desktop, and I do not have access to the software I purchased in the "My Downloads" section, nor can I see the order in the "Order History" section. Will I be able to access the software I purchased? If not, then I would like to have the charge reversed, because I paid good money for the software, and would appreciate being able to use it. ![]()

SD took my $9.99 for fences, did not deliver the product key since Jan 19th!!!!!
On Jan 19th I paid 9.99 for Fences 3. Ever since I have not been sent the product key nor can I find it in any of 2 SD accounts I have. And yes, I manually requested resend of PKs on both of those.

Missing Icons
Fences is somehow hidding some of my icons and I can't for the life of me figure out how to get them back.
I've attached a screenshot.
As you can see, me recycle bin is on my desktop, but it's not shown in fences... where is it, and how do I get it back?

Vertical Column instead of horizontal row
icons are forced into a horizontal row. I would like them to be vertical. I can only do it if I make a narrow fence that only allows one column. Actually, I would like to be able place multiple columns in the yard of the fence that are not the same height. ie currently for rows you must fill top row before you can start a 2nd row. Would like to be able to start 2nd row without 1st reaching right side fence. (but in columns)![]()

A well known member of this skinning community in the recent past needs lots of help from wherever he can get it. He is about to lose his car that he uses to make money driving for Uber and Lyft (because it has broke down and he cannot afford to get it fixed). He is about to lose his computer that he desperately needs to earn money doing graphics designs for various music companies (but they only pay him peanuts)....![]()

Can icon spacing inside a fence be controlled independent of the icon spacing that Windows applies to icons that are not inside a fence
After having upgraded to Fences 3.0.1, I am having problems with the horizontal and vertical space around icons that reside inside a fence. I'm using Windows 10 Pro.
I understand how to change icon spacing in the Windows registry, and after having tweaked that to create the desired horizontal and vertical spacing around icons on my desktop that are not inside a fence, I am dismayed to see that icons inside a fence do not respect those settings. For example, two icons that are side by side...![]()

New Feature (or Usability Bug)
Fences is overall great. There one glaring usability flaw.. that is if you set up any folder view portal and navigate through them. the 'back' or 'up' arrow in the title is EXTREMELY annoying in that it moves position depending on the title (folder name). This seems like a very basic element to define and fix. If the designers of Fences provide a feature but make it so cumbersome to use...then it is not really a feature and adds nothing to the application. In order ...![]()

Fences 3.0.7.6 is unusable.
With this update, Fences (Steam version) turns into a unusable.software. I can't add/remove icons to fences, can't create or delete fences, double click in a fences does not work (fences aren't rolled up) and double click on a blank area of a desktop does not disappear with the icons. Tried to reinstall it, but the problems are still there. What can I do?

Background on hover
I love the semi-transparent black blurred background of my fences, but I want to see my wallpaper as well.
Would be nice if the background appears only when we hover over the fence (perhaps using the same settings of showing title on hover?)![]()

Windows 10 window border size?
Does window blinds let me control the thickness of the window border in Windows 10?
I really miss having a visible border around windows that I can easily grab with a mouse.
I'm not looking for a lot of other fancy skinning features, just a tweak here and there like the border thickness.![]()

Regarding Brads new rig and a question about installing an OS on an NVME drive
After reading about Brads awesome Build. I also will be building around an 8700K. My question to you folks who have done so.
I am likely going to use an Asrok extreme 4 motherboard.
z370 extreme 4 (asrok)Samsung 960 Evo 250gig NVME M.2
The NVME was going only have Windows. That's it.
All that lovely space only for the bloatware that is Windows 10 Pro. Ill have a 4 terrabyte platter drive for storage and windows folders such as downloads, my documents and 'desk...![]()

Object manager reports error 3 (retrieving file) when I want to download and install the updates for Fences.
I'm not aware of any firewall restrictions, but are there special ports required ?
Any idea why the update initiated from Object Manager fails to retrieve the files ?
