Slower Desktop Navigation when activating Fences
Hello,
so recently I have bought the regular fences app for my Windows 10 Pro desktop. Everything works like expected while trying the trial version. but here's something i have experienced while using both trial and full version..
when i try to create a folder.. open a folder/icon.. or move a folder. or just make selection with the mouse/cursor. its kinda slow process! I don't know if it's just me but its kinda laggy or unresponsive, here's what i mean:

Fences and icons stuffed in corner on startup
win 10 media pc has auto shutdown and boot up timers enabled. pc is connected via gtx 1070 through hdmi to yamaha rxa760 receiver through one of its hdmi 2.0 inputs. then out via hdmi to 4k tv. every morning when I turn on the tv all the icons are jumbled up in the top left corner. if I right click and choose configure fences > layout and snapping to restore a snapshot it puts everything in its place for 1 second then it all goes back up to the corner. [Bug] Windows 7 – some of my shortcuts don't have an icon
Hello.
Purchased Fences resently and found some unusual bug with shortcuts' icons: several shortcuts to some particular .exe files fail to load their icons. It appears that only certain links have difficulties to extract an icon from exe.
1) Tried to detach and reattach an icon – fixed in several places but major number of icons remained with the same blank icon.
2) Cleaning an icon cache doesn't help either.
3) Have no such bug with Fences uninstalled.
Any help?

How do I turn off fences auto-update?
It would be nice if there was a checkbox added to enable/disable checking for updates at Windows Startup.
Maybe stardock can tell us which URL it checks for updates at so I can block it on my router?

on Wed I got prompted to download and install a 11.6mb update. did so and rebooted machine.

How do I stop this popup window telling to me to download and install the latest update? I tried

How are you guys finding Microsoft Edge after the Creators Update?
I'm liking it..........a lot. Quicker and more responsive than Chrome. Ublock Origin does a great job too knocking out all the pesky pop-ups. Seriously considering making it my default browser and getting rid of Chrome.![]()

Can't move icons into Fences

I'm trying to run it on my Surface Pro 4 running the latest version of Windows 10, and there are three major bugs:
