Is there a way to stop icons from being moved out of a fence or completely locking them in place? I am not sure if it is a bug or I just accidently move them but icons seem to randomly get moved outside of their fence, I have not seen it actually happen I have only noticed them outside of the fence. I want to be able to lock them in their fences.

In icon-packager 5 I could right-click on my Firefox.exe and the option to change icon was available, but after I purchased   icon-packager 10 the right-click option is not there for .exe files. Not fair.

I purchased Object Desktop awhile ago, never had the need to update it and then upgraded my PC to Windows 10 and decided to check back and see if I could re install Object Desktop on Windows 10, low and behold I paid $50 for a program I cant even DOWNLOAD now, even without the current updates. This is a very poor model, because when I bought it, there was no indication ANYWHERE that it was a subscription based service. You don't pay $30 a year to keep WINDOWS updated or your favorite games, ...

On Boot, no fences visible.  Double clicking fences and icons included in fences appear/disappear normally. For info: DeskScapes revolving earth is static (should be revolving).

Right clicking in blank area of screen causes DeskScapes earth to start to start revolving and configure Fences menu to appear AND visible Fences on screen to disappear leaving all the icons for all fences visible.  The Icons look like desktop icons but double clicking any icon causes all the fences to ...

January saw Adobe update its extension on Chrome browser systems. It did this silently alongside its "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC" software.

No one saw this in the changelog, nor was there a "Do not install the extension" choice. Supposedly users got a Chrome notification after they opened the browser to enable it or delete it after the update. I don't remember any notification. 

When I checked my extensions, it was there, but not enabled. I've done away with it.

Hi All,

ObjectDock was last updated on July 15, 2014, nearly 2.5 years ago. Has Stardock abandoned it?

I'm trying to run it on my Surface Pro 4 running the latest version of Windows 10, and there are three major bugs:

I have a fence on my desktop that I set to put all images there when placed on the desktop. However, over time it starts to become a lot of images. So to cut down on file sizes I try to delete them. However when I select all within that fence and either drag and drop into recycle bin, or just hit delete it only deletes a small portion of them. Seems like some sort of a bug.

In order to delete them all I have to manually go into the Windows File Explorer, select all the images and then delete....

I uninstalled fences after the trial and now all my desktop icons have red & green arrows overlaying them all. How can I get rid of these?

Is there a way to save the icons on the dock (save the theme)? There was a way to save it in version one. I upgraded from ObjectDock v1 to v2 in November 2016. Thank you

I receive  this error when attempting to install. I checked the compatibility application and fences is not listed as blocked.



 

Has anyone else run into this and resolved it?

I'm running Win 10 pro on a laptop  with a Samsung EVO SSD.

Fences 3.03  wont run (I'd just upgraded from 2.13) - it appears to run and create fences but then drops out and asks me to re-install Fences . I have reinstalled Fences and it makes no difference.

Is this an issue with SSD speed and that I need to 'slow down' Fences  starting?

I've seen something similar mentioned on these forums but responses were 3 years old/

Despite using Fences for years I've only just accidentally discovered the roll-up feature, which is awesome and has helped to tidy my Desktop like never before (out of sight, out of mind ).

Unfortunately there is a problem with right-click options. If I hover over a Fence to open it, then right-click on an icon and choose an option from the right-click menu (say Print or Edit), and if the mouse cursor is above or below the extent of the Fence when the option is clicked, the icon is left...
