After minimizing my browser window I noticed that the deskscapes background had paused.  Usually it restarts after a few seconds but not this time.  I selected another wallpaper and suddenly both were active at the same time.  I clicked a third one and all three were displayed.  A reboot cleared up the problem but I'm thinking, with the right combination, overlaid animated wallpapers would look cool, if a little hard on the CPU.

It will probably never happen again but ...

I have been running WB 7.41 for years without problems. Now my desktop is visually broken.I DID NOT install WB 7.42. I don't want it. Soon Windows 10 Anniversary update is out. I am not excited and that bothers me.This is not about the privacy aspect of Windows. This is about everything else. Considering purchasing WindowBlinds in the Cyber Monday sale as it seems like a good deal, but before I spend money I'd like to know if it can actually do what I want.

This just started to happen. any window blind skin that is applied, my fonts are blurry and the window explorer backgrounds are back in file explorer. Currently using 

Windows 7 Home Premium (7601.win7sp1_ldr.161011-0600)

When I use a Folder Portal and make double-click to a folder in it, open the windows file explorer and not in Folder Portal.

I checked in Folder Portal Menu "Allow navigation" but doesn't works.

 

Have anyone an idea what's wrong. Use Windows 10 and it's up-to-date, buy Fences 3.01

Hey there...,

 

I just purchased Fences 3, because in the trial version I loved the "folder portals" feature. It did work great in the trial version, but it does not work in the purchased version and I really don't know why. I am using Fences 3 on Windows 10. Every time I try to open a folder, the folder opens in a new window and not within fences like it did in the trial version.

I hope you guys can help me.

I placed an order last Sunday. My bank account was charged already. Yesterday, I received a e-mail (maybe an auto-mail?) which said that my order need to review and ask me to provide more information about the order by replying the email in 48 hrs. Not sure when it happened but when I attempt to manipulate or change Fences settings I get the message "Fences does not appear to be loaded you may need to re install Fences". I can start the settings part of Fences (Fences.exe) but the "configure fences" is missing from the desktop "right click" menu and none of my desktop Fences exist.It would be nice if I could get my fences back (all the icons are still grouped on my desktop) instead of having to re-create them again.  I can re-install ...

I have become a new stardock user,spent the fee for the package because it looked great on the website.  I did use stardock years ago without issues, but now it seems buggy with windowsblinds 10 I don't have any of the windows 10 buttons at the top left, and can not close out any windows unless I close them out at the task bar.  what am I doing wrong.  I am running windows 10/64bit

anybody else have these issues, and Is there an order to download each app?

Just updated to Fences 3 from version 2 and when I try to rearrange files or folders they move to the middle of the fence randomly.  This only seems to happen with fences that contain a large amount of files and folders.  Basically, I can't put the files in the order I would like to like I did with version 2.  Any suggestions.  I have totally uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled, rebooted, etc....all the general troubleshooting basics have be attempted.

Running 3.0.3 on a Windows 10 and the Fences all went away today.  I double clicked and got no change and then did a screen refresh and the fences returned for a few seconds and then disappeared again.  Next, I did a reset and the fences  all came back, but I can no longer change the size  or even move the fences.
