Feature request for multi monitor users

≫ Next: Fences Icons have reverted to generic icons following upgrade

Can you add Aspect ratio lock and sizing based on 1/3 of the screen for triple monitor or 1/2 for dual monitor.

This is to prevent Fences from stretching when switching to multi monitor mode

Also centre, right or left to dictate where on the triple monitor setup the fences will be located.

I've upgraded to Fences 3.03 from V2.? Was very happy with the old version, particularly with the icon images displaying the an image of the first page of the document.

Since upgrading ti V3.03, all the icons, particularly PDF's and MS Office documents have reverted to a generic icons.

Can anyone advise what I have missed, or what I am doing wrong?

Hello,

I can not install DeskScapes on Windows 10 because I keep receiving OneDrive error during installation.

FYI, One Drive is turned off from Run on Startup list because I do not use it, howver it simply means that it does not run, so I would not consider this as a reason.

Please, advise

I placed an order last Sunday. My bank account was charged already. Yesterday, I received a e-mail (maybe an auto-mail?) which said that my order need to review and ask me to provide more information about the order by replying the email in 48 hrs. I replied but still no reply (there're less than 24 hrs from the time which I replied the mail, about ~17 hrs, but I think the forum is useful to ask so I post here for assistance from someone which met the same problem with me, or from the staff)...

Non fenced icons snap to top left

Is there any way that a non fenced icon (just out on the general desktop) like my trash, can be moved wherever I want it?
I don't like that it snaps back to the top leftmost location...I'd prefer to put a few icons wherever I want to, like I used to be able to (pre-fence install).

I have a few skins that have pulsing buttons (fade in and fade out). Are the skins made this way? I'd like to see all my skins have this.

Is there a trick to it? Maybe in Skin Studio? Please help. Thank you.

Hi everyone,

I'm getting a glitch where half of a fence remains on my desktop when i move my cursor off of it ( and the fence closes again )

Does anybody know this, and if there is a fix?

Happens about one in 3 times i roll up a fence

TechRepublic has published what we can expect will be added to W10 in 2017. Needless to say, MS has a track record to consider when deciding what to believe...they've disappointed in the past. Still, if they fulfill the promise, these features will be coming.

Folder tab alway goes into detail view after a restart.

Du to i like to have it in list view, i have to change that after each restart manually.

It is very anoying.

Can this be fixed by some parameters or is that a bug?

Fences 3 Slowing down PC with New SSD :(

I just upgraded a new SSD Samsung Evo 850 250gb

And with the old ssd fences was really slow compared to new one

However after installing fences, I am still having slow bootup speeds, and slow speeds on my desktop!

This is not freaking cool! I really would like a fix here ASAP Getting sick of my system being slowed down!

Even after uninstall and reinstall it still opperates and is slow bootup

Never happened before I Installed Fences 3 I have tried everything I can think of nothing ...

Win 10 x64 and Objectdock 2.20:

If i click icons on a tab i have response delays for several seconds (5 to 7).

Is that cureable by some parameters or is that a bug?

This tool is quite anoying like this.

These days I am seeing less and less and less of new WindowBlinds (Master skin or otherwise). Most are now-a-days updates of old master skins and there are only 2 or 3 good skinners left...Are we looking at close to the end of WindowBlinds era?

So I am narrowing down my components for next year. Most of the community here is amazing for their suggestions and help. I typically shop on Newegg. I am in the US. I am now leaning back to the Broadwells.

6800K I7, 6 cores/12 threads. I will only have 1 video card so having 28 PCIe lanes is fine I may add another card but not for a while.

Motherboard.... Asrok Taichi X99 LGA 2011 v3 >> I am not 100% tied to this but its about 210 to 280 do...

how to rotate dreams in deskscapes? using portrait mode monitor

Hi, I just got some new monitors and now I have one off to the side in portrait mode. I can't seem to find a way to rotate the dream so that I can fill the entire monitor without blowing out the image.

I know the image would be sideways, but I've been looking for some more abstract ones that aren't oriented in any specific way.

Any advice appreciated!
