Can you please make sure Windowblinds actually works with the 2 most popular browsers before releasing it?
I have no minimize, maximize or close buttons on either of them. I have tried changing skins (the ones bundled) to see if it is the skins that are causing it, it's not.

Roll-up fences underneath other windows
So I upgraded to the new fences. And I liked the idea of having the roll-ups along the edge of my main screen, and just moving the mouse over them when I need to access the apps / date / folders. But when I do this, they unroll underneath the existing windows. What use is that? Is there an 'always on top' setting that I'm missing?

Laptop power on problem
Thought I would ask you experts here as Google really isn't all that helpful or I don't know how to search properly. Got a newer Dell laptop. Windows 10. Problem is when I hit the power button, this thing refuses to come on 9 times out of 10. Ran across a web page that suggested I take out the battery, unplug the power adapter, and press the power button for 30 seconds, thereby clearing the system of power. It's supposed to help get rid of the small static buildup inside the computer...![]()

Problems with DeskScapes using with Fences 3
I bought the whole ObjectDesktop package and was hoping to use Deskscapes with Fences but they don't appear compatible. Whenever I use Deskscapes the icons in Fences are all visible all over the desktop which rather defeats the purpose of Deskscapes.
Can these programs work properly together and if so what do I do?![]()

Redirecting the Public Documents folder no longer works with Win 10 (for me anyway)
I have several applications which use the public documents folder extensively. I want to relocate the public documents folder to an SSD drive specifically so the various graphical apps don't need to wait for a disk to spin up and to get 9.6 gigs of files off my system drive.
There are two ways I have found to do this. One is straight forward: Boot into safe mode, select the properties of that folder, choose the location tab and change it.

Downloads to dekstop going to secondary monitor
I have dual monitors, with the following config:
Whenever I download a file, like in Chrome, and target the desktop. The file ends up in the upper left corner of monitor 2, instead of in the first available position of monitor 1. Is there any way to change/fix this behavior?![]()

Fences and portals different sizes/icon sizes
Hello,
I just noticed that my Fences have some width for 4x and Folder Portals have another width for 4x.
That's due to Portals having various icon sizes (Large, Medium, Classic), but none of them is similar to the icon size of Fences, that is the desktop icon size.
This is an OCD nightmare, they do not line up and don't snap on each other on resize. (E.g. Portal does not get the same width/height as the Fence next to it).
I got Fences 3.03 and use spacings of 5 p...![]()

Don't install Nvidia Driver 375.57. Nvidia's rushing to put out hotfix.
The new Nvidia driver 375.57 will cause many different issues with W10. Don't, repeat DON'T install it.
"If you run Nvidia's Geforce Experience software, you know that it is the primary tool on many machines to update drivers.
Turns out, the tool is still offering version 375.57 for download, and not the newer version of the driver that fixed the issues that users experienced.

Is it possible to left align a Fences Label Text?
I have just installed Fences and keep several fences of varying widths rolled up to the left of my screen.
The problem is the text labels look messy as they are centre justified.
I can't find a way of left justifying the labels so they all line up with each other.
Can this be done? If so - please tell me how.
I did google and search this forum - but apart from a feature request - could not find any solution.

Fences service seems to be hanging while monitors are turned off
Windows 10 Pro x64 v1607. I'm running a docked ThinkPad P50s laptop with 3 external monitors for a total of 4 active monitors. I'm using DisplayFusion Pro 8.1.1 to manage wallpaper, screensaver, and taskbars. Windows turns off the monitors after 25 minutes of inactivity and then requires login, the computer is set to not go to sleep if it is plugged in.
The problem does not happen every time the monitors power down, but this has happened several times since v3.0.3 wa...![]()

Changing wallpaper in WindowsBlinds causing fences to disappear
I just recently purchased the Object Desktop program bundle from Stardock. I am using the Fences program to organize my desktop icons and WindowBlinds to customize my desktop. The issue I am running into is when I attempt to switch to a new wallpaper using the WindowBlinds program menu it switches to the new wallpaper but then all icons and Fences disappear from my windows desktop. Any suggestions?![]()

Xiandi Needs Our Help!
Guys, it is with a heavy heart that I bring you some bad news.
Our good friend, Xiandi has informed me that her pancreatic cancer is back. It's moved to her lungs.
It's stage 4, which means it's not curable. The only thing left to do is treat it to extend her life as long as possible. She will start chemotherapy again next week sometime, and they will continue that until they can't do it any more. Her doctor said she has at most 5 years to live.
