The above is a short screen capture of my problem. A dragged tab in IE has no frames. Have to go to taskbar to close the window.
If I apply the default theme, and unload WB, it doesn't happen.

Windows 10 Pro (14393.rs1_release_inmarket.160906-1818)
WindowBlinds 10.46 (023 - Windows 10 Edition) - 64 bit OS

It is with a sad heart that I tell you that Chelsea has left us today at the age of 12+.  She had a good long life, we did all we could for her.

Due to increasing health problems and old age, we had to help her to go to the Rainbow Bridge.

Chelsea was a 6 month old pup when we rescued her from the local animal control, scheduled to be put down the next day.

 

Chelsea, we miss you. Say hello to Spanky, Precious, Macy, and Santana for us.

I have a Taskbar Toolbar linked to the programs menu so I can access programs with a normal fly-out menu. I also have 'Programs' as a menu shortcut in Start 10.

Neither of these will open until I've had 'This PC' open. Sometimes they will only open when 'This PC' is open.

Does anyone know what might be causing this odd behaviour?

The current behaviour of title bars is that on double clicking them near the center or on any area of text, you modify their title.

The current behaviour of title bars is also that on double clicking them, you roll them up or down.

Settings in the "layout and snapping" part of "configure fences" seems to change randomly.

I have several times selected the "store my fences position on a per-screen-resolution basis". When I check after a reboot or with a new external monitor/projector, the setting is changed and fences are rescaled and messed up.

People will hit me, but.....

So I just purchased Object Desktop and I love stardock products! But when I went to "My Downloads" it says the following:

Object Desktop - Expires in 365 days   WHAAAAT!? What? Wait... What happens after 365 days has passed? Will I be unable to re-install or re-download my apps?Oh my gosh.... I don't want to lose my apps next year and have to re-buy the entire thing again. T_T

I've got an older copy of fences 2 and was trying to set to a rule to always put the recycle bin in one fence and the Computer Icon in another. The icons don't seem to react to their names though for the rules. Are their specialty names that need to be used for system icons? I noticed in the registry that for the current location of icons while other program icons have full paths to their .lnk file (i.e. C:\Users\user\desktop\program.lnk) the recycle bin is listed as ::{645FF04...

 MS update my Windows 10 to new evaluation copy: Build 14915.rs_prerelease.160826-1902 since I on the fast ring.  Now Fences will not running because of error telling me "Windows Explorer don't shutdown correctly.  Go to my desktop and click on restart Fences"  When I click on restart Fences then my system starts to lockup and couple minutes later I get my OS back but still no Fences.  I tried to reload Fences and again no working Fences.  Right now my Fences ar...

Hello.
I have a problem with fences 2 and 3 on Windows 10 fresh install.
Fences are loaded 5-10-15 seconds after desktop is shown during startup.
Another problem is that icons which are on the desktop but not in fences also are not shown before fences would load.

Does anyone have a link to where I can download WindowsXP icons for IconPackager10 and WindowsXP skins for WindowsBlind10?
