How to Stop Aspect Ratio Distortion
I have a three-monitor setup but, due to limited desk space, the one in the middle is a 4:3 monitor while the other two are 16:9. In the options menu there's a "Correct aspect ratio on secondary monitors" option, but as far as I can tell it doesn't actually do anything, as whether it is on or off the image on the 4:3 screen is squashed to fit. For the one 4:3 video I have, it appears on the 16:9 monitor with proper black bars on the side and still is squished somehow on the 4:3 moni...![]()

Fences Alert: Folder portals feature unavailable in classic mode
Whenever I start up my Windows 7 PC, a fences alert pops up on the screen. It reads: Fences' Folder Portals feature is unavailable in classic mode. Please enable Aero to use this feature.
After I did a little digging into the issue I discovered that it was refering to windows personalization settings being set to Classic or Aero desktops and window settings. However, Aero is already enabled and in use on my PC. How do I resolve this issue, the pop up is annoying. The Portals on my desktop...![]()

W10, W8 family, W7, XP, Browsers…true market shares?
So, W10 now has a higher market share than XP. Really? Do you trust NetMarketShare’s numbers? They say IE is still beating all other browsers easily. When was the last time YOU used IE?
The Federal Government’s Digital Analytics Program (DAP) gives different numbers than NMS. They count differently, though. DAP lumps mobile and desktop together. NMS separates the two.

question: WindowBlinds 10 and font settings
One of the major reasons that I'm resisting upgrading to Windows 10, is that essentially all control over screen fonts has been removed. I cannot even easily set my desktop font!! I really don't understand why MS is so determined to make this OS as ugly as imaginably possible...
Anyway, I know WB10 is actively being developed and tested. I would like some insight into how much font control, if any, it will restore to us on Windows 10 ??![]()

I *am* wearing the kiddie gloves
It never ceases to amaze me that someone online will direct something vile my way and expect me to just turn the other cheek simply because I’m “powerful” (whatever that means).

I have a question. In Multiplicity 3 KVM Pro, I see an option to allow a secondary to control KVM PCs (requires activation).
I tried my serial and it told me it was being used on another PC, so, what is the point?

I have licenses for Multiplicity KVM Pro, and Multiplicity KVM. Can I use the MP KVM license on the secondary? To control KVM PCs?![]()

Hi there everyone
This is such an awesome site and I'm loving the pics here, I'm however experiencing a little problem regarding the Desksapes program, whenever I launch the program it gives me this message numerous times
"Unfortunately Microsoft decided to remove MPEG-2 decoders from windows 8 and without purchasing the Microsoft decoder or installing a third party decoder you cannot play this dream.
If you have done this and still get this message then the dream may...![]()
