Don't read if you don't like spoilers.

When I first saw the new star wars movie, I had slightly warm feelings towards it, and considered it an ok action movie. But the more time I spent thinking about the film the more negative my opinions on it became. I have now concluded that the movie is as bad as the star wars prequels (most of them at least, episode 1 is probably still worse).

Desktop Icons not appearing with Windows 10

When I install Windows 10 Home update I converted from Fences 1.1 to Fences 2.13.

Now after Boot-up, neither the Fences or Icons that weren't in fences appear, until I right click once anywhere on the desktop.

Then they all appear, but still have to do a refresh to have the Icons line-up correctly within the Fences.

When I right click on desktop and select view

"Show Desktop Icons" is checked, "Lock Fences" is checked. "Align Icons to Grid" is also checked.

I have been troubleshooting my computer for hours trying to figure out why my explorer crashes every time i log into my computer. Google search after Google search turned up nothing. So I started to work backwards on what programs I had recently installed. Got to Desktop DeskScapes running an animated dream. I really like it so I didn't want it to be it. What happened to Global Warming?

When I put my first above ground pool in around the late 90's we were able to open it in April and start swimming in May.

Now my pool is just opened and still not warm enough to swim in

I'd like some global warming back...

Hi,

I have recently installed Wndowsblinds 8 on my Windows 8.1 machine. All updates have been done on my machine as well as having the latest Windowblinds update of 8.10.0.

Up until recently I have had no problems. But now, for some reason, I am getting a black explorer background on every skin I try to apply, even on the skins supplied by Stardock and the font is unreadable as well.

OS: Windows 8
WB: Windowblinds 8.10.0

I have had Windowblinds 8 on my Windows 8 machine in the past ...

OS: Windows 10
WB: WB10.0.2
Start 10
All updates performed

I have since went back to Windows 8 but I was wondering if anyone else has had any problems on a Dell.

I installed Windows 10. Installed Windowsblinds 10 and Start 10. Installed all Windows Updates. When I rebooted my computer, it doesn't get past a persistant Preparing Automatic Repair.

Was unable to get past this. I don't know if this is a problem with Windowblinds/Start10 and Windows ...

Store Icon Invisible

I have noticed this with more than a couple of PC's now. The store icon is invisible in the launcher. There is a space there and when you click it, it opens the Microsoft Store but no icon. I have not been able to remove it nor edit it.

Hello,

I first searched in this forum for known issues, and there seem to be some (back in 2013), but never got a solution.

I'm running fences 2.13, currently in trial mode but planning to purchase it. One of the reasons is that I like the "Folder Portal". Although, it's in this "Folder Portal" that I see a strange behavior. And I don't feel like paying if the issue doesn't get solved.

I'm running the Fences 2.90 beta on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit. If I move my mouse to a particular place on my screen, even if an application is covering the desktop and without clicking, the Fences popup appears. You can see it in the screenshot I took while writing this post. The location of the hot spot may change after a reboot.

ShadowFX no longer working properly in Windows 10

ShadowFX shadow only appears at bottom of window now. Sides and top are MS 10's built in shadow. I've tried it with the more recognisable shadows (neon etc) and it's definitely just at the bottom of the window. I've already tried reinstalling shadowFX and no difference. It was working for a while, until a few iterations of 10 ago. I'm on preview build 11082.
