Hi all,

I have a couple of Fences on my desktop and several files which are outside of the Fences on the desktop.  The Fences contain a mixture of mainly shortcuts but also folders and sometimes files, usually documents.

A couple of days ago all of the items in the second fence suddenly disappeared.  I don't mind losing shortcuts but I am concerned that I may have lost some files and folders that I need.

I just recently started posting some chapters of a story I'm writing called The Iron Teeth. It's a dark fantasy survival web serial. I need to revert back to WinFX 5.15.  v6.0 is crashing Explorer or WDM multiple times a day on my Dell Precision M4800 (with Win 7).  v5.15 never caused me issues, though, so I'd like to revert back to that version.  However, I only find download links to v6.0...

Is WindowBlinds 8 going to work on Windows 10?  I'm getting kind of nervous since July 29th is just around the corner, and I haven't seen much info on this compatibility question.

Weather docklet - Internet Not Available

Since the internet is working just fine, and I've made no updates to ObjectDock in quite a while, any ideas why this stopped working today (January 27, 2015)?

It can't be because of the "historic" northeast US blizzard that didn't happen, could it?

Is the AccuWeather feed history, like changed and not able to be accessed via ObjectDock's hard coded URL in the Weather docklet?

Hello,

  I just upgraded to 8.5, and I am using Windows 10 with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 graphics card. When I set DeskScapes to what I want, after an hour it dis-gauges and reverts back to the original theme. I s there a setting that I need to check and/or change. Any help would be appreciated.

If you follow my posts you might have seen I planned and recently finished my new PC.  Putting together a new PC is a bit of work, at least assembling all the parts together and making sure everything works.  That's only one part of it though, as you also have to install Windows, install all your apps and games, and then get your data moved back.

Why am I getting a pop-up for 75% off games every time I open the wincustomize site? I do not play games and even if I did it is annoying. If I use adblock plus for the wincustomize site it screws up my home page. The other thing is I was under the understanding that as a subscriber you do not get the ads. What is the solution to get rid of the ads? I am not impressed Stardock would be doing this sort of thing.

It will reach the public in the next week or so. It has been “signed” by MS so that means it has been tested by their public testers for glitches…no sarcasm, please.

This should be the first major change that the average user who isn't signed up to any advance testing program sees to Windows 10. It marks the first in what's planned to be a more frequent series of updates to the system, replacing the idea of having Service Packs, and even new editions of Windows. – infopacket...

Yeah, so after a very frustrating time looking for a house to rent, with so many knockbacks and disappointments, I've finally found a place that I can call home.

In order to get an icon into a Fence area I have to Copy and then Paste in the proper Fence and then I delete the icon that is on the Desktop.

I can not just Move an icon over to a Fence.  If I try to Move an icon to any Fence area the icon returns to the Desktop.

I have had a subscription for a year.

I purchased a renewal for Object Desktop from an email that came through 10 days ago, it was a lot cheaper than the full licence so I thought why not.

But I forgot to do it with the email that I have my existing Stardock account with.  So now I cannot use the renewal.  I have made a new account in stardock with the email that I purchased the renewal with but because there are no existing downloads it just sits there doing nothing and I can do...
