What happened to Global Warming?

When I put my first above ground pool in around the late 90's we were able to open it in April and start swimming in May.

Now my pool is just opened and still not warm enough to swim in

 

I'd like some global warming back...

On Windows 10, when I open the Task Manager, instead of the Wobbly Windows animation on movement, the window diseappears, and reappears when the mouse button is released. But only in situations, when there is no other window (e.g. File Explorer) open - if the latter, then also the Task Manager window is animated without issue.

On Windows 10, when I open the Task Manager, instead of the Wobbly Windows animation on movement, the window diseappears, and reappears when the mouse button is released. But only in situations, when there is no other window (e.g. File Explorer) open - if the latter, then also the Task Manager window is animated without issue.

EDIT: WindowFX 6, also Fences 3 and ShadowFX active.

 

EDIT2: Well, the issue is gone after a shutdown and reboot...

I just upgrade to windows 10.

In my last windows 8, only the dock itself pop up during startup.

But now, both the dock and configuration page pop up together.

How to stop it?

I have never been able to launch a 64bit application from a folder shortcut in ObjectDock. Is this possible?

 

Explanation:

I use the 64 bit version of FireFox (named Nightly). It is installed at "C:\Program Files\Nightly\firefox.exe".

I have a shortcut to the executable in a folder named "Internet". The shortcut target is "%ProgramW6432%\Nightly\firefox.exe -p Nightly -no-remote". This shortcut works fine when double-clicked.

There's one feature I miss in Fences:

Wouldn't it be great if a fence remembered two sizes: a collapsed one and an expanded one?
Then one could shrink the fence down to e.g. a few or just one icon (then manually save this as the collapsed state) and resize is to see more icons (and manually save this as the expanded state).

Now, having those two states for that special fence, one could double click on the title to toggle between collapsed and expanded state.

Just saw on another site that Start 10 had been updated to 1.02............hit the update button and sure enough downloaded update and went from version 1.01 to 1.02.

Great program that really makes Windows 10 better in many ways. I don't see anything up on this site or on Stardock about the update. What's changed from 1.01 to 1.02? Just curious

In a newly installed Windows 10 upgrade, I always get the Windows Security message "These files can't be opened. Your Internet security settings prevented one or more files from being opened."

When I open the "Show Details" panel, MS refers to C:\Temp (my temp folder) \_ir_sf_temp_0\irsetup.exe. I cannot find this folder when I look, even with hidden files visible.

Just for fun, I tried WindowFX_5.15_setup_sd.exe with the same failures. It was loaded on Win8.1 and worked fine. Mis...

I'm running Windows 7 Pro 64bit, with the latest version of ObjectDock (2.20.0.862). For some reason the Dock refuses to stay on the Primary monitor.

I have a laptop, mounted in a dock, connected to two monitors via Displayport ports.

I can set the ObjectDock to be on the Primary Monitor, and it will stay there between boots without an issue. If I move the laptop to another dock the ObjectDock will end up on the secondary monitor and I have to go set it back to the Primary Monitor. Whe...
