Hello

I have a problem with ObjectDock software.
I can no longer run the following error message that I received

1) The procedure entry point "_nsnwscanf_s" is not found in the dynamic link library C: / windows / winsxs /.../ COMCTL32.dll

Several days ago I've ordered Ashes of the Singularity Founder's Lifetime Edition using e-mail address I'm using on this account. Account was created during purchase, but product never appeared on downloads ("No registrations found") or order history page ("No orders found"). Got no email with the game key as well. I've been charged for a whopping $99 and now I don't even have any visible confirmation that I did. Please help!

Chrome froze last night and after a reboot, if I use any skin besides plain Aero, the titlebar is invisible.  Unless an update was installed after the reboot I don't understand how it could have changed.  I now have Chrome on the per app restriction list.  Anyone else see this happen recently?

I love my Surface Pro 3.  Windows 10 has transformed it from something I occasionally fiddled with to my primary mobile device (replacing my iPad and MacBook Pro combo for trips).

I need help with something, I really don't know where to ask...

I play a game online, bought some items with real money from their official site, only to realize that they lied in the item description, the "product" is NOT what they say it is.

Is there a place/bureau/institution where I can report this abuse, so this company gets a investigation, a fine or something? After all, they lied, they got my money, they must be punished.

Hello all, I was wondering if anyone would be willing/able to help me with a graphics request. I'm looking to have this style image recreated to a seamless repeatable pattern I can use in Photoshop. Stardock just sent me a ticket for 50% off on Sorcerer King (because I have Fallen Enchantress: Legendary Heroes). I don't know if I can use it on steam, it does look like a really nice game and I would love to play it, can't buy the game otherwise.

Does your laptop or tablet run out of battery while it’s supposed to be asleep?

You can find out why thanks to a fairly obscure but relatively new feature in Windows.

Step 1: Open a command prompt in adminstrative mode

Step 2: Go to a temp directory (like cd\temp)

Step 3: Type powercfig /SleepStudy

This will create a file in the current directory.  Open that file in your web browser and you will find out why.

Common causes:

Running a relatively clean install of Windows 10 Pro x64 and ever since I upgraded I've notice that OD seems to have periods of non-responsiveness that I've not seen in past versions of Windows.
