I was using Icon Packager and Windowblinds on Windows 8.1. I decided to upgrade to Windows 10 10074 and uninstalled WB and IP just to avoid any possible compatibility issues. Before uninstalling IP, I restored the default Windows icons. I did the Windows 10 upgrade and now I have problems. The network icon on the desktop is not the Windows 10 icon but the Windows 8/7 style icon. it shows the correct icon in IP under the default system icons but it doesn't restore the proper network icon. The answer’s pretty simple. If your use is social networks (facebook and the like) with occasional downloads…yes, most likely IF you remove the Java Plugin. Don’t use it. Google and Mozilla are going over to HTML5, and hopefully the net will get there ASAP. The only problem is advertisers, and money IS the juice of the net.

If you’re involved with downloading torrent related stuff…nope. You’ll need more mojo…Bitdefender is currently (and for the past couple of years) rated best....

Just finished upgrading from 8.1 to windows 10 and deskscapes continues to work no issues....

I am so sick and tired of this bullshit! Going to the Xion website and trying to reset password to log in has been an exercise in futility! Nine times...nine... after my account has been activated with the new password it still refuses to let me log in. Reset password, new passwords, every damn time and I'm about ready to chuck it in the freakin' garbage its got me so pissed off. Going through the forums looking for solutions, none found, can't post because I can't log in....crea...

Hi,

my window blinds 8 runned fine with skinstudio 7 on win 7 pc. 

Then lately Skinstudio  crashed once  and now i can`t save as new skin name etc.

My laptop doesn´t load skinstudio 8. and window blinds doesn´t theme everything there.

How can i do remove the current configuratiopn and do a clean install of both software on both systems that works for sure?.

Would be using free ccleaner+adwcleaner  and redownloading applications enough?

I like that the new ObjectDock is now compatible with Windows 10 but I am trying to add a shortcut to a folder and it will not let me add it. The only option on the Tabbed Docks or quick launch docks is the option to add a shortcut to a file or internet shortcut Blank Music player shorcut but nothing about adding a folder. in the Tabbed docks I do see the option to add a folder Tab but when I go to add it it asks me to select a folder but all it does is open the folder

Stardock just sent me a ticket for 50% off on Sorcerer King (because I have Fallen Enchantress: Legendary Heroes). I don't know if I can use it on steam, it does look like a really nice game and I would love to play it, can't buy the game otherwise.

I have version 2.20.0.862. Running Win 8.1 64bit. Sometimes I get an error message saying Objectdock has stopped working and needs to close. It doesn't happen often, averaging once every other day. Bringing it back is no problem. It works as it should but its a bit annoying. 

BTW: It mat be the trial version, not sure.

The title says it all - deskscapes and fences wont work - keeps asking me to activate - I activate and it says 'thank you' and then asks me to activate again! My desktop is unusable (if I so much as click on it I get the activation window), and deskscapes just doesn't show (it reverts to wallpapers) - I appreciate mistakes happen.. but surely a paying customer should receive a response within a reasonable time frame (especially when this issue is effecting the computer and consequent...

At this time WindowBlinds 8 is not compatible with Windows 10. We are currently reviewing it for Windows 10 but do not have an ETA for any possible update.

Could we possibly get a current list of OD programs that are compatible with Windows 10?
I would suggest pinning it and updating it when changes come around. At this point I see no way of telling which are and which are not.

I stupidly installed everything and it broke Windows 10 completely and had to re-install the OS. My fault but a list would be very handy.

Hi,I only purchased objectdock a few weeks ago and am running it in Windows 10.

Today when I logged onto my laptop my dock had only the start icon and recycle bin and weather icon and all of my icons I previously set up on it were gone,this is the 2nd time this has happened and I am not sure how to keep it from happening again.

OK, I am new here, and have spent some time trawling the forums, but cannot find my answer.......

 

I am running windows 8.1 Pro 64

Installed deskscape 8.1 trial

 

Everything went to plan and everything seems to work perfectly........... except

 

I cannot drag any icons around on my desktop.  A rather large circle with a line through it appears when I try to do so.  It is certainly not a windows icon.  I can open desktop folders and double click...

When I install Windows 10 Home update I converted from Fences 1.1 to Fences 2.13.

Now after Boot-up, neither the Fences or Icons that weren't in fences appear, until I right click once anywhere on the desktop.

Then they all appear, but still have to do a refresh to have the Icons line-up correctly within the Fences.

 

When I right click on desktop and select view

"Show Desktop Icons"  is checked, "Lock Fences" is checked. "Align Icons to Grid" is also checked.

My product key is missing.
No email with product key ever arrived either.
I've filed support request (ticket ID: YCW-425-88912), but so far no response followed.
Is there any way to get the missing key?
