With the newest version of ObjectDock (2.20) high DPI scaling and fonts seem to be broken when used on Windows 10. I have uploaded screenshots to show what I mean.

Just finished upgrading from 8.1 to windows 10 and deskscapes continues to work no issues....

Just to say I am still here
As the title says Just to say I am still here. I thought that I would drop by to say hi and to tell my friends about a few things that have been going on in my life. Well where do I start, i got engaged 12 months ago coming up 2 years in November this year. His name is Stephen Ward he and starkers gets on very well and its great. And my daughter has moved from Tasmania to sunny qld (Queensland Australia ) and is pregnant with her 5th child . I am so happy that I could burst. ![]()

So...Sakura plus a beach scene...which I find most pleasurable. Sakura recolored a bit...and the wall mutilated in Photoshop.

Can't move icons
Why can I not move icons between fences or from the desktop to a fence.In fact I get a stop sign whenever I try to move any icon, whether it be in a fence or on the desktop. I am running Windows 8,1 64bit. I have Start8 but no other Stardock products. My fences version is 2.10![]()

MS has released a tool to hide updates or pick and choose which ones to install.

New items on desktop get stuck behind fences portal
Hi, I've had this gltich for quite some time now and not quite sure what is causing it:
Whenever I create a new folder on my desktop, or drag and drop an item onto my desktop, it flys towards my 'downloads' fence and gets stuck there, remaining visisbles visible (but only partially if I have items in my downloads folder - see screenshot).
This is quite frustrating as it means in order to access items placed on my desktop I have to open up windows explorer. Please see the screen...![]()

Cannot uninstall StarDock 8 and Modern Mix in Windows 10. Keeps reinstalling on Restart.
I have used Programs and Features to uninstall both StartDock 8 and ModernMix "successfully" in Windows 10 but upon restart they return in the Start Menu.
Anyway to remove the win 8.1 version. I'm on Parallels vm.

Blank Program Running on ObjectDock Plus 2.2 - Upgraded to Windows 10
I just upgraded to Windows 10 and now I have a blank program showing on my dock.
I am running the most up-to-date paid version of ObjectDock and have it set to show running applications.
There is a blank space on the dock with a running indicator undeneath, but no icon. Also, it does magnify the dock, but doesn't have a label when I hover over it. I can right-click on it though, and when I go to "Settings -> Edit This Shortcut" It shows it linked to "C:\WINDOWS\system32\Applic...![]()

First Week w/ Fences - Questions

I've been using Fences for about a week (with Windows 10 TP) and just purchased a license. Here's a few questions I hope someone can help with.
The license. It activated on two of my PCs, but is the license for two PCs or do I need to purchase another? I will actually need it on probably 3x PCs, but only one is actively used at a time.Is there a way to backup snapshots (whether built in, through the registry or a file)? making a new text file. renames icons inside fences
i have the most up to dat fences. this is what happens. ill click on an icon inside a fence doesnt matter which one. i can be random ive tested it. also its annoying becuase it will also work on whichever program you last opened as well im renaming my steam icon 4-5 times a day. what happens is. click on an icon inside a fence.. right click desktop click new text document.. type in a name for that new text document and then not only will that text document be names whatever you typed in but you ...![]()

For a month now (after a Start 8 or Fences update maybe), my Windows 8.1 Dell XPS 21 takes several minutes before I can interact with the desktop. The cusrosr displays a spinning wheel and clicking anywhere is unresponsive.
The same thing happen (spinning wheel and no interaction with desktop or menu bar for a few minutes) if I plug or unplug my secondary monitor.
Uninstalling Fences resolves the issue. Re-installing Fences bring back the problem...

WindowFX 'Wobbly Windows' Problem Solved
Recently, my Wobbly Windows effect stopped working for no apparent reason under Windows 7.
After checking some Windows 7 settings, I discovered the problem. The problem was that somehow an advanced setting on my system was changed (I don't recall changing it), which unchecked the box "Show window contents while dragging".
In Windows 7, the path to this setting is as follows:
Control Panel -> (All Control Panel Items [View by: Large icons]) -> System -> Advanced Syste...![]()
