DeskScapes and Platform Timer Resolution
I'm aware that DeskScapes pauses when on battery. However, even when paused, DeskScapes causes a decrease in battery life! Windows 7 reports the following with DeskScapes installed:

CursorFX Sound and Effects not working in most applications
I'm running 64bit Windows 7 Professional.
Regardless of what mouse cursor, sounds and events I choose within CursorFX (being very sure to click APPLY bofre existing CursorFX), the changes seem to only function in a very small handful of areas.
The modified cursor seems to show EVERYWHERE like it should.....so the changed cursor is fine. However, the sounds and effects work in very few places.

Need opinions
The free version of XSplit Broadcaster or OBS. What have people used and what do they like better. I'm considering making the switch to XSplit Broadcater (will not use Gamecaster ever again *shakes fist at BRB everytime I alt tabbed to type in chat and lack of a mouse cursor onscreen*)![]()

Sorry to ask such a newbie question but can't find the answer
To be honest I bought StarDocks software, I am looking at WindowsBlinds it looks very interesting the more I look at it. One thing that has bugged me for a few years now is some software like Microsoft Office, Outlook 2010 to be specific. with windowsBlinds can you control the color of the center section of Outlook 2010 where the emails that come in are listed. I have yet to see anything that I can change the color of that center section. I have a lot more to learn but if Windows Blinds can skin...![]()

Let The process begin
Well my Partner and I have taken the plunge and bought a block of land and will be building our dream home. At the moment we are in the planning stage with a reputable builder. For those Aussies it's GJ Gardner Homes. We are auctioning the house in Melbourne in March so the proceeds from that will be more than enough to cover the entire costs for our new abode. I submited tickets several times in esupport but I didn't get any reply from them for 2 days.
I purchased Fences 2.0 yesterday but I cannot find my history order and my download even if it's already paid by credit card and I got a bill.

Adminstrative Rights
I would like to use Fences for Public computers but I do not want End-Users to move/add/change any of the settings and attributes. I would like it to be fixed. Is it possible, and how do I do that?? I would like the boxes pinned to the desktop without user changes, if possible.

I have been playing around with Windows blinds, I have never liked the default windows graphics. I have the latest version that my license allows me to use and the idea of changing the way my desktop looks like is a good thing for me but I run into the same issues I r...![]()

I'm new to WindowBlinds and am wondering now if it it possible to modify just a few elements of my existing Windows 8.1 Professional desktop. I don't want to use one of the many full-blown styles around here or even create a new one from scratch, I just want to make some little contrast improvements of certain elements of the Windows 8.1 user interface (e.g. the colour of the scrollbars and window titles).
Is this possible? Something like "load the current settings, make som...![]()

Fences cannot be moved and their menu does not show
Hello,
I have fences 2.12 and suddenly i cannot move the fences by dragging or any other way.
They are visible and i can create new ones and add icons into them.
I cannot move them or do anything related to their title.
I tried uninstalling and re-installing.
Didn't work.
What can be done?

Weather Widget Problems
Hello, everyone.
I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. My DesktopX weather widgets are giving me accurate temperatures for the current weather in my area but when i check the long term forecast it is showing me "N/A" for every day in the 5-day forecast. As I said it was working fine up until today. I've tried several different weather widgets and they all showing me the same thing. Any incite would be appreciated.
