Hello eneryone, i use Fences from about 1 year without problem moving my Flybook from office to house but about 1 month ago it started to have this problem:

i use 2 TV monitor connected to the pc, by a docking station, both at office and in the house, the problem is then when i connect the pc in office the Fences doesn't work on primary monitor (the on of the flybook) but on the 2° monitor and i don't find a way to move it on the primary.

I want to remove the folder portal on the left side of my screen and replace it with a different one. Somehow the portal seems to be locked there with no label or menu for me to edit or delete it. I can resize it horizontally, but the vertical edges are at the edge of the screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated..

 

How do I attached a screenshot image from my computer? No attachment button, only link to picture online....

I was using Icon Packager and Windowblinds on Windows 8.1. I decided to upgrade to Windows 10 10074 and uninstalled WB and IP just to avoid any possible compatibility issues. Before uninstalling IP, I restored the default Windows icons. I did the Windows 10 upgrade and now I have problems. The network icon on the desktop is not the Windows 10 icon but the Windows 8/7 style icon. it shows the correct icon in IP under the default system icons but it doesn't restore the proper network icon. Hello,

I've been using Fences 1.0 for a while and today decided to upgrade to Fences 2.  When I uninstalled 1.0 I was asked if I wanted to delete the existing layout and I clicked NO, however after installing Fences 2 and rebooting I do not have any of the previous fences/icons.  Can these be retrieved in some way or must I recreate everything?  TIA for your help.

Edit:  On closer examination I see that all of the icons that were previously in fences are still in th...

There is a women on another forum who joined the career advice thread and asked for help in finding a job. A number of people have given her advice, but she keeps on rebuffing them with "I have no skills" "I'm a failure" "I can't do anything right", etc, etc.

where is this typically stored for offline activation? I cannot find this file I've looked everywhere.

 

I want to try windowblinds on windows 10 and it fails on every step.

 

I mnanaged to use compatbility and it crashes on on every step of the normal activation. (blue screens in a loop)

 

I want to try it and it's just looping and I need to try this.,

 

 

any ways I can try "offline mode" and see if it works.

Hello,

 

I have fences 2.12 and suddenly i cannot move the fences by dragging or any other way.

They are visible and i can create new ones and add icons into them.

I cannot move them or do anything related to their title.

I tried uninstalling and re-installing.

Didn't work.

What can be done?

Hi, I recently joined the Stardock and Servo forums and today I tried to update my avatar which appears on forum posts.  I uploaded an image to the Account section (100x100) and although the image shows when I click on Profile, it does not show on my forum posts.  Do I need a certain number of posts before custom avatars are unlocked for my account?  Do I need to give it a few hours to publish to my profile?  Any help would be appreciated.

Ok well I'm running a few legacy systems and am wondering if it would be possible to get legacy versions of Windowsblinds for them. Namely I'm looking for blinds 4.5 for 98 and 7 for XP. If this is at all possible please let me know.

i have patched my pc with UltraUXThemePatcher_2.5.4 and have aeroglass to will this still work with this on my pc?

Hi,

I have this issue on my new win7 pro 64bit laptop.

Had fences working perfectly on my previous laptop.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling - didn't work.

Tried uninstalling with revo and reinstalling - didn't work.

I have sent in a ticked regarding this issue, but if anyone has a clue/tip on how to get it to work I'd be a happy camper

I have a clean install windows 7 x64. Installed windowblinds 8.12. Iv got the following issues:
- firefox maximized has bugs in the right upper screen (minimize, maximize, close)
- there is not system tray icon, although I have enabled the option in settings..
