On my previous version of Windows 10 Pro Technical preview DeskScapes worked fine. I got an update last night of Windows 10 Pro this update is build 10041 now and now my desktop is not animated, it will just show it as a regular background of the animated picture, it won't move. I re-installed DeskScapes and everything. Any suggestions or anything you guys know what I can do to make it work? Thank you in advanced.

Windows 10 is coming along nicely. A definite nice step from Windows 8.1 (once the bugs are out).

I upgraded from 8.06 to 8.1 on March 28.  It appeared to upgrade successfully (upgraded Start8 at the same time) and the Setup log looks ok.  So, why does About:WindowBlinds show 8.06 as the version?  (In contrast, when I look at About:Start8, it shows the new version 1.5).

I just updated to new version and can no longer run FDE (https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/developer/), it goes straight to Mozilla Crash Reporter ... If I uninstall blinds it starts working again.

Hey. I'm looking for advice for creating a new internet username. Long story short, I'm no longer as content with using my current internet username as I once was. I feel tempted to start over with a new name. You know, try something new with a blank slate (and no previous reputation). I feel almost constrained by my reputation (or what I think it is). Does anyone know of a screensaver that mimics the lock screen slideshow from Win 8? I'm on Win 7 x64 (no plans on going to Win 8, use it at work). I'd love to be able to have something similar on my home machine. I'm currently using the Google Picasa Photos screensaver, but I really like the Ken Burns/collage effect on the lock screen slideshow.

Am very pleased to report that WindowBlinds works great with the Windows 10 Tech Preview.

Upgraded from Win8.1, rebooted, and WindowBlinds works fine -- no problems. 

I did have to uninstall both Start8 and ModernMix, but I expected it would come to that (in the short run).

So I've had this problem for months now, been back and forth with Stardock technical support and nothing they suggest seems to fix it. I've used Windowblinds for years and apart from one issue with UAC a few years ago I've never had any big problems with it. But at the end of my tether I've disabled it this morning as I simply cannot fix this issue.

Basically what happens is my taskbar keeps locking up. By locking up I mean I click the icons and nothing happens, I can't pe...

Is there any further development for WindowFX? I love the program. It works flawlessly on my system but lacks in certain areas, specifically more choices for animations and compatibility, such as with programs like iTunes.
