WindowFX with chrome tabs (momentum)

when dragging a window windowFX works fine, but when you drag a tab and let it go while moving the mouse, the window will not snap correctly to the edges even though the window thinks it's fullscreen:

 

 

P.S. the 'wobbly windows' does also not workj when dragging tabs from chrome.

Has anybody had this problem and/or know how to fix it?

Hello.

I've been using windowblinds 8.04 for sometime and now 8.05, but, for some reason, at some random point, merely using the PC, i get some partial de-skining.

Here are some pics

I'm using windows 8.1 update 1 x64, the problem is in both windowsblind 8.04 and 8.05

any help will be appreciated.

Hey guys,

 

Whenever I start up my PC, my skin seems to have been loaded in Compatibility mode or something, and some of the elements are completely different than normal. If I just reapply the skin, it gets fixed, but it's a bit of a pain to do this every time. I've tried editing the skin to only have one style, but it still seems to find it's way back to this other look. How do you control the size of the font for the text that appears below the icon?

I tried the Miscellaneous Tweaks for Label font and this did NOT work.

Any way to increase the "Posts I Have Made" list so as to include all the posts I have made rather than the last active 50. It's a bit of a chore to find some old posts that are inactive but still relevant.

I've considered a few workarounds, but:

- I could add all my posts in my "Subscriptions", but that would somewhat make the "My Posts" category irrelevant.

- I could browse "My Replies", but they wouldn't include my posts where I didn't reply and it's ...

W10 doesn’t appeal to me esthetically, but none of MS’s OSs have, so that’s no biggy – or at least not a new biggy.

Anyway, lots of folks seem really happy about “free W10”. That would be W7 and W8.1 users, I guess (because MS hasn’t specifically said) and 8, RT, Vista and XP users are SOL.

Microsoft keeps enhancing each new build for its Windows 10 Technical Preview. Here's how to ensure you're running the latest edition.

 

I just checked the watermark on my desktop and saw that I was running build 9841. I learned that Wednesday, Microsoft launched Build 9879.

 

Apparently I missed the last build, which was 9860. I assumed that, like windows 8, the updates would come via Windows Update....but no.

 

I didn't know how to check, but thanks...

Is explorer.exe suppose to use over 110MB of ram when running Fences? Also, while dragging anything around the desktop, my CPU usages reaches as high as 13%.

Hi,

my PC specs:

3 ghz dual core amd 64 bit

500 MB graphic card (zotac)

host system lxubuntu 14.10 use virtualbox to get win8.1 working . Can`t  install such a unstable OS  as win 8.1 on my real PC.

Windows 7 is ways better. However i liked to see the real differwences between 8.1 and 7 when running window blinds.

My laptop runs fine with 8.1 ( except window blinds) after some hours of work and only with most applications ( in most cases only those that are running un...

Basically what the title says. Fences is an integral part of my desktop with all the nice features it provides so before I opt-in to to try the new sleek looking Windows 10 version I'd like to know if it actually works, at all.

Hello
Today was strange i was sitting in class and was thinking about how i miss the walking dead series of amc
Then i realized it will continue next month and then all of a sudden i was in the mood of making some halloween style icons.

There's been lots of news recently about the Windows 10 preview and what's ahead for Windows 10 this year. We're looking forward to what's new and are excited about what Windows 10 might bring.

I'm also seeing more posts come up about Stardock apps and Windows 10 that I wanted to address.

Windows 10 Preview is just that....a preview and not the final product build.  
 While many Stardock apps work just fine on the Windows 10 preview, when new Windows 10 build...

Hi,

 

I'm a user of DellDock instead of Objectdock and I think it's a great free alternative. What I would like to know if it's Stardock will make a minor update for this software?

What I would like is :

- New modern icon

- Copyright 2015 instead of 2010

 

That's it. I know that Objectdock is bigger and need more support, but could be nice to have a small update for DellDock.

I'm a great fan of animated wallpapers, and some have helpt me out in the past (thx for that!!) now I had the idea of creating a dream with a mayan or egyptian pyramid. I just have ideas dudez! if you ever want music for your dreams though, contact me, i'm a composer

Am very pleased to report that WindowBlinds works great with the Windows 10 Tech Preview.

Upgraded from Win8.1, rebooted, and WindowBlinds works fine -- no problems. 

I did have to uninstall both Start8 and ModernMix, but I expected it would come to that (in the short run).

I'm using Firefox 35 but, when WindowsBlinds and several themes were installed on Windows 7, Firefox is not working anymore. It does not start and a message box appears saying that Firefox is locked.

When WindowBlinds is uninstalled, Firefox works well again.

Please, what should I do to fix this problem?

Hi there, I'm new to Fences and I've been trying to use a different font for the fence titles but when I do the titles just disappear.  Windows delivered fonts work fine, but the specific font I'm trying to use is : http://liquidhero.deviantart.com/art/Razer-regular-font-323069609

This font is a TTF, installs fine into Windows and can be used by other programs (Word etc).  Not sure why it doesn't work in Fences...any ideas?
