Icons still jumping out of their boxes. Several months ago I asked about this problem and was advised to upgrade to version 2.13 which I did.

From View I unselect "Lock fences" and place icons in the fences and then select "Lock fences." It appears to work for a while and then one or two icons jump from inside one fence to the inside of another fence or to the desktop.

Suggestions?

Running Windows 7 Pro 64bit. We recently installed 32bit Office 365.

We can't get any of the Office 365 programs to launch from ObjectDock. We have even tried creating a junction to the "Program Files" directory to avoid the "Program Files (x86)" issue that ObjectDock has suffered from forever. 

How can we put our new Office apps onto our ObjectDock?

Have installed Fences on Windows 8.

Tried it on a laptop I tried Windows 8 out on a week or so ago, and now have put it on a Windows 8 Pro (x64) install...

On laptop Fences behaved fine. Well, it behaves fine on the Windows 8 Pro on my main computer BUT it takes about 15 seconds to load after windows finishes loading. I have no desktop Icons until Fences finally loads (or perhaps loads straight away but nothing shows for 15 seconds or so). The machine boots in about 5 seconds or so, so its...

When rebooting my computer (windows 7), I lose all of my icons in fences (paid, v. 2.01) that are shortcuts to network drives or files.

As this did not happen prior to fences installation I am guessing that the Fences startup forces a 'check' on the shortcuts before the automatic mapping of network drives occurs in windows. 

I can keep a copy of the shortcuts elsewhere and recopy them into the fences after each rebooot or recover layouts from snapshots, but obviously neither a...

Hello,

I'm having a small issue with my start menu. It's been like that for a while, possibly since I last updated WindowBlinds or Start8, but I'm not exactly sure when it started...

 

It seems to be happening with all skins.

 

It's a minor issue, and I can live with it, but it is bothering me a bit. Any help would be much appreciated.

 

I'm using:

Start8 1.47

Windows 8.1 Enterprise (9600.winblue_r3.140827-1500)

I spotted this video on Top Gears Facebook newsfeed today, and I just had to show it here.
It's a single-seater race car sliding round the track in 14 minutes - on snow - and ice - in -16C driven by Andy Gülden, the driving instructor at the track.
Pretty impressive, imo.

Just a question here.

I have 6+ PCs in this house and am always running into maxed activations for my ODNT softwares. (And that isn't even counting Virtual Machines)

So, my question is, if I were to create a second account with Stardock, could I get a discounted subscription for the second account?

 

I get tired of the max activations error, especially when it happens while support is on vacation/holiday for extended periods.

Just a note to remind people who submit skins not to use any special characters in their filenames.  If you put * or - in the filenames for either the skin or the preview, it will become corrupted.

I think I’ve scooped the web on this one.

Updated BitDefender Internet Security (I have that set on manual update) on one computer and when navigating to Outlook.com I get the error message:

“Error code: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET” I’ve reported it to them. We’ll see how long it takes to get it fixed. Haven’t updated the other computer and I can navigate and logon just fine. Sooo: If you’re using BitDefender on more that one machine and have an Outlook account, please change ...
