WindowBlinds that don't make browser (Chrome/Firefox) menu bars see through?
I've tried a few Windowblinds on my Windows 8.1 laptop and I've noticed they tend to make the menu area transparent around/above the address bar in Chrome and FireFox. Perhaps in other applications as well. (see screen shot below)
Is there a way (typically) to prevent these areas from becoming transparent? Seeing other windows behind the browser is distracting and drivng me nuts. Okay, I was already nuts.

Close, maximize, minimize, the whole bar is clear
Not sure how to describe this one. This happens only with Firefox. Check the external link for a picture of the problem. The bar that should contain the close, maximize...etc. Is clear. I can't see the close, maximize, etc. It doesn't matter what skin I use, and if I unload windowblinds, the problem goes away.

Hi, I now have a licensed version of WindowBlinds, and would like to find the options shown here:

I've not been able to find anything like these.. hope I'm missing something that should be obvious.
Essentially I just want to skin explorer backgrounds and ideally the control panel etc.
Everything else I can do (that's a standard window) I can do without Windowblinds - including keeping the colour after resuming f...![]()

Cannot get any of the styles to apply
I have Windows 8.1
I can't seem to get any of the styles to apply. There is a spinning icon which has the screen change to black and white, but in the end, nothing changes. I then have to reboot before I can try to choose a different style, to see if that works. I've tried uninstalling all the stardock apps and only have open Start8, and Object Desktop. Any ideas?

No icons or fences by start windows 8 desktop
When I start windows 8 and go to my desktop, I only see the taskbar and the background picture.
After a right click with the mouse, the fences appear.

Have installed Fences on Windows 8.
Tried it on a laptop I tried Windows 8 out on a week or so ago, and now have put it on a Windows 8 Pro (x64) install...
On laptop Fences behaved fine. Well, it behaves fine on the Windows 8 Pro on my main computer BUT it takes about 15 seconds to load after windows finishes loading. I have no desktop Icons until Fences finally loads (or perhaps loads straight away but nothing shows for 15 seconds or so). The machine boots in about 5 seconds or so, so its...![]()

Launch applications as administrator from the dock shortcuts
I want to add a shortcut to Object Dock to run cmd.exe as administrator. No matter if I drag an already configured as administrator shortcut to the dock it always launches as the current user. If I run the shortcut sitting on my desktop or the one in the windows 8.1 taskbar it runs as administrator. For some reason it automatically looses the "Run as administrator" setting when transferred to the dock. Why?![]()

WIndows Server 2008 Terminal Server Installation
Greetings,
I have installed Fences on a 2008 R2 Terminal Server. It is appearing for EVERY user, and I only wanted it on one users desktop. Where to I remove this from public access. I have looked in all the usual places but cannot seem to get it to not do the pop up installation window when someone logs in.

Quick Launch only show icons for that monitor
I've used this functionality in other apps like Display Fusion and would like to see the same thing here. I use two monitors. I'd like for the quick launch to only display icons for apps that are displayed on their specific monitors. This allows me to find my apps much quicker as I tend to keep certain apps on certain monitors.
Hopefully this is already possible and I'm just missing it, but if not, please add it!

Theme Manager
Problem: Code 123Hello,I am trying to use Object Desktop Manager to download and install Theme Manager (Free); however, I keep receiving the Error Message: "Problem: Code 123" after it has downloaded and begins the installation.
I have downloaded and installed the latest version of Object Desktop Manager, and I am running Windows 8.1 64 bit.
Any help would be much appreciated as I have exhausted my limited knowledge thus far,

Object Desktop Infinite renewal but syas inactive and to renew?
I was charged on 12-18-2014 for Object Desktop Infinite renewal. However, in my downloads page, it says inactive and to renew. Nothing shows up on my Object Desktop application as well. Any idea as to what exactly is going on here?
