We are going to start to see the Windows 9 preview fairly soon according to various reports.

We've heard the rumors of supposed features and user interface changes, so we can only wait and see what really to expect in Windows 9.

Win 8.1 pro system open the latest skin studio like picture blow

 

as picture show,the red arrow thr still hv a little bit function ,but yellow highlight / another place didnt hv any scroll bar to scroll down,how i use the options?

So,how to fix it??

I am running the trial version on Windows 7 Enterprise SP1, with Bitlocker

My Folder Portal is to a Network Location.

All is well until I re-boot the PC.

Thereafter, all I have is a fence, with the title, but nothing in it. I can double-click the title bar and get back to the Network Location but I cannot get any detail back

A Refresh does nothing.

I can then create a new Folder Portal to the same Network Location and all the details appear.

So at this stage, I have a secondary...

It would very usefull if Fences allow us to navigate between Fences using the keyboard.

The desktop context menu should show a list of fences that allow to choose a target fence.

Selecting the fence, the focus should be within the fence to speed up the navigation.

Where I used to go to high school, none of the high school stereotypes that you see in movies were really present. Sure the different cliques are there, but group relations are incredibly friendly and there is considerable overlap for everyone. The old stereotype of jocks being dumb and bullying the other kids didn't seem to hold much water. For example, the class president was simultaneously a jock, a band geek, an anime lover and a computer science nerd.

Hello,

 

I don't understand : the active language on my Windows 8.1 is set to French, but Fence is in English, I can't see a way to have it in French. I see that theer are translations inside the Lang folder but I don't know how to use that... ?

Hi,

Folder portals are useless if they don't update instantly. I have a folder portal for my downloads but it doesn't update until, maybe, I restart or something. Is this not sorted?

I am using simplico windowsblind.

 

It has a nice off white background to most programs. But when I want to print something, it prints the beige backround instead of white background.

 

How do you deal with this? I want to print with a white background, of course. I can't find anything in printer set up. help?

Several others have asked this question but I've seen zero reply from StarDock.  Maybe I can ask a bit differently.


What particular file would I need to sync in order to get the same layout on each computer.  Please note, all files that I keep on the deskop are synced to the cloud and therefore in directories that are identical on both computers (also, the same drive: C).  I use both DropBox and Google Drive.  Thus, all files on my desktop are in those folders. &nbsp...

Love Fences, running 3 main PCs & really want all my desktops synced.

Using Skydrive I have installed Fences to my D:\Skydrive\Fences

I have done the same to my 2nd PC.

I'm wanting Fences to sync up, but it's not, is there a config file somewhere other than where I have installed Fences that I should be syncing?

Appreciate any answers, thanks.

Recently my computer has had problems displaying checkboxes and some other UI components (the foreground and background, I think, are the same).  The controls still work, but there is no clear checkbox and no difference between checked and unchecked.  In some programs table headers are "blank".  Unloading windowBlinds restores all functionality.  This has only been happening for a few days.

What could have gone wrong?  I don't want to stop using WindowBlinds, but ...

Russia has demanded that Google, Facebook and Twitter comply with Russian censorship laws and store all data locally. In fact, Putin signed that into law in July, 2014.

Before screaming (justifiably), we should probably realize that we (the NSA), the British (GCHQ) and so many others demand and/or do the same already. Also, it’s not like Google, et. al. don’t do the same (even censorship to some degree), only for profit.
