I admit: Object Dock looks cool. But coolness aside, I don't see the point of Object Dock when I have the Windows Taskbar. Why have both?
I can understand using Object Dock instead of the Taskbar. But if I hide the Taskbar, I lose the System Notification Area (the 'tray'.) So the Taskbar has to stay.
What then is the point of Object Dock? Is it mostly about the coolness factor?
