I have Bright House as our cable provider, and recently we had to put digital adapters on all our TVs (5) in order to continue to watch cable after their digital conversion.  The best part is we also have to pay $2 each for these boxes.

After getting my latest with all these charges it's nearly topping $200 with internet, TV, phone, etc.  I'm just about done.  Obviously internet is a necessity, but after taking a tally of what people actually watch in this house, I'...

From several posts I can see that several people have had difficulty moving icons in fences in Windows 8 or  8.1  I recently got a new laptop with Windows 8.1 and sure enough, my fences 2.00.1 does not allow me to move icons.  Do I need to upgrade and if so, how do I do that?  Or will fences automatically update itself in a week or so?  Thanks in advance. Alan

I have not talent in this area at all.  And I think it would be really cool to have an animated wallpaper/screensaver and custom login screen for my windows 7 workstation.

Is there someone that would help me out with creating such a thing from a simple existing logo?  I was thinking of something simple such as a #d spinning logo.

I'm doing a Xion to match LightStar's Dark Dreams WB. I can load the image but I'm getting white buttons instead of the normal color, white patches where the button backs are and well you look at the screenshot. Anyone know what I done wrong?

I was made aware today (again) of someone rating trolling as I call it.  This is where someone is purposely giving a skin a "1" rating to bring down the ratings.  We (the moderators and admins) have been doing this long enough to know what a fair and reasonable rating is, and even giving leeway to that it's easy to see where someone is just doing to harm a skin rating.

The surprising part is this is done by people who have been here for years and are ranking members of the site....

One of the entries offered by ObjectDock is the weather docklet which displays weather information from accuweather.com. I was wondering if there was any way to create or add a docklet similar to this, except with information from weather.com.  I found weather.com to be more accurate for me than accuweather.com (I guess that depends on your location).

I'm using a Yahoo! weather widget, but I'd rather have it on a dock.  Any ideas?

I have today purchased ObjectDock to replace RocketDock which I have used for quite a while.

I needed a stack docklet, and post hxxp://forums.stardock.com/453274/page/1/#3461826 suggested using the stacks docklet.

The OP then asked where this may be obtained, but received no reply. I therefore decided to try the RocketDock stack docklet

which seems to work fine.

Unfortunately, however, after a few minute the ObjectDock seems to freeze. I still have access to the stack docklet items, ...

A complete remake of my TSS2000 skin is underway for Windows 7 and 8/8.1. It will be completely remade for the most part and given a new title of TSS2014. Here is a little preview....

Hi,

as a long time customer and subscriber I PLEASE want an honest answer if ObjectDock is still in development or not and if it EVER will work right on 64-bit systems (shortcuts always pointing to c:\program files (x86)) problem. I am really sadly tired of the update politics and public relations on this matter at Stardock at the moment (again). Seen too many good SD-programs going down the drain I relied on (aka DesktopX / RightClick...).

A general update-plan would be great and also a n...

Well, since I have to wait on my TSS2014 WB skin due to techincial issues, I started working on an idea I had for a nice Irish skin, thus Shamrock is coming in August 2014! Here's a preview.
