I've been trying out WindowBlinds on Windows 8 to try to get an Aero-like experience.  The 'Win8' theme is very good, however when I use Classic Shell, the right column of the start menu has black text instead of white.  If I unload WindowBlinds, the text goes back to white like it should be.

I've discussed this over on the Classic Shell forums and have tried tweaking that program but WindowBlinds always takes over and changes the text to black.  It makes it rea...

How to disable permanent write in the folder TroubleshootingLog

c:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Stardock\Fences\TroubleshootingLog\
fences_debug_info.txt - small size
fences_debug_info2.txt - over 70 megabyte and permanent write

I use a SSD drive and a permanent record of hurting my device
Microsoft Antivirus very often stops at check this file and I / O drive over 100% on the Task Manager

When I open a photoshop file, it appears blank when I'm using WindowBlinds. When I use the basic Windows theme, it's normal.

UPDATE: Works with graphics driver disabled (but keeping it disabled is not an option).

(I'd provide a picture, but it's literally just Photoshop open with nothing in it except the file open and a dark grey screen.)

I paid for Windowblinds, and then upgraded to Object Desktop a few days ago, and I can't use it? It's a upsetting that there...

I hope everyone has updated to the free 2.0 version since Leo the Lion’s post.

The Licensed version seems to have a bug. Martin Brinkmann has posted on error code 20026. Apparently, the anti-rootkit component isn’t working. I’m not sure if this is true for the free version as well.

Do you want to continue the scan without anti-rootkit support?”

looking for a free backup solution. One click would be nice. I've been using Syncback, but that's becoming annoying to set up. Any suggestions?

I’ve been working on some projects so I’ve been scarce on WinCustomize the past few days, but when I came back Delta Quadrant was the first new skin I saw, and wow!  I’ve said it before that dark skin are hard to pull off, but fortunately the talent we have here at WC comes through.  The design is just way cool, and offers are dark and light version to choose from.  2of3 did an excellent job with this and definitely deserves recognition as the WindowBlinds skin of the week.

Version 1 allowed setting the title bar at the top or bottom of a fence, but after upgrading to v2.12 (from v1) I can no longer do this.  Please provide an option to  individually set a fence's title to the top or bottom, unrelated to the position on the screen.

I previously set some fences at the top of the screen with the titlebar at the bottom of the fence. This pushes the icons to the very top, making them easier to select with multiple apps open, but leaving the app positio...

I purchased Windowblinds, Modernmix, and Start8 and everything is working good except when I open an explorer window the background is all black and icons inside the window are all distorted and blurry. Here is a screenshot:

everytime I apply a iconpackage via the IP Icon in the folder into iconpacker or by adding from disk or downloading via wincustomise...it sometimes shows in iconpackager...but most times not, sometimes it does and when I apply it, it applies but disappears from iconpackager when reopened....I have tried uninstalling and re-installing iconpackager, cleaning afterwards with ccleaner and no luck....deleting the icon packages from folder, moving them somewhere else and then re-installing them, still...
