Can not activate fences

I can not activate fences. Emailed support with no reply yet. Kept getting the Can not write activation to activation signature. Now it is telling me I have activated too many times.

I've just purchased OD, and I think it could be *very* useful to clean up the mess that is my desktop, together with Fences (that I already own). I have two monitors, the right one being the primary, and the left one being the secondary.

For some reason, I can only run one DeskScapes background (Winter Snow).

Any other background loads properly, but automatically stops playing after 2-3 seconds even though my laptop is on AC power and no windows are maximized.

What's going on here? I've tried clearing the extracted files folder.

I think the way in which you manage the economy in GalCiv 2 could be done better. I don't want to change the rules or make the game more complex and I can understand that, for example, the civilization capital on the home planet generates 24 technology points (24TP) and that I need to spend 24 billion credits (24BC) per turn to get those points. The problem is that there's no way to do that and run the empire at the same time.
