This is the dream of many. An OR without knives. Decreased side effects and adverse effects of medication. Rapid reperfusion in heart attacks and strokes, without catheterization and medications which can be quite dangerous.

I'm not sure what i did but for some reason Object Desktop Manager has decided that I don't have any Stardock software on my computer. My subscription is expired and I'm concerned because I may need to re-install Windows on my laptop and I don't know how it will effect trying to reinstall my Stardock stuff. I feel really good today because I could ring my sister and let her know that all the parts we'd ordered had arrived and that I'd almost finished building her very first brand new PC.  After years of my hand-me-downs and 2nd-hand rigs that were more trouble than they were worth sometimes, and being repaid a wad of money she was owed, she bit the bullet and splurged out $AU 1100 for the build and another S250 on a mobile rack and a 4 bay Vantec caddy just like mine.

Unlike traditional health insurance plans where you pay a $10-25 copay for prescriptions, my new helth plan makes you pay a significant portion of the retail price, ...which is way too much. (no, it's not an ACA healthplan)

So I did a web search and found "GoodRx." I'm not sure how they do it, but you can get prescriptions for a much lower price at you local pharmacy simply by showing them a printout. (They also have a phone app which I haven't tried)

For some reason, I can only run one DeskScapes background (Winter Snow).

Any other background loads properly, but automatically stops playing after 2-3 seconds even though my laptop is on AC power and no windows are maximized.

What's going on here?  I've tried clearing the extracted files folder.

Okay, so I started the 100 Greatest Movies of the Last 25 Years, but it was too long and tedious, so I deleted it. Instead, I'll stick to smaller, simpler lists. OK, I am new here, and have spent some time trawling the forums, but cannot find my answer.......

 

I am running windows 8.1 Pro 64

Installed deskscape 8.1 trial

 

Everything went to plan and everything seems to work perfectly........... except

 

I cannot drag any icons around on my desktop.  A rather large circle with a line through it appears when I try to do so.  It is certainly not a windows icon.  I can open desktop folders and double click...

Hi,

When I drag and drop an attached file from outlook to the desktop, any icon that was selected on the desktop before dragging will still be selected so that that when I then drag the file (now on the desktop) to another icon, both the file and the icon will be dragged.

Is this a feature or bug?

I think this is the reason I keep losing icons.

 

Steps to duplicate:

1. Click on any icon in a fence

2. Click on outlook (icon on desktop not selected anymore)

Hi,

 

I have several accounts on my desktop and I would like ALL of them to have the same Fences layout.

 

I have tried copying the "main" account snapshot file  to the /roaming/.../fences/backup/ directory for the other accounts but it does not fully work.

 

Some icons remain ion the desktop and do not appear where IO want them to appear.

 

What am I doing wrong?

 

Is there a way to have a shared layout for all accounts on the local ma...

I used to use adni18's Desktop Weather Gadget , but for whatever reason it no longer works/is discontinued  , i have been temporarily using the Weather Channel Gadget , but it constantly crashes   , i tried to get the Accu Weather Gadget but all i keep getting is some stupid download Zip program that i dont want , that is not the gadget , i cant find a way to just download the gadget
